Abstract
Based on the problems existing in the performance appraisal, the performance appraisal system
of the personnel of the Market Supervision Bureau in Lc District was improved. By using the
key performance indicators (KPI) method, the appraisal indicators were designed according to
the work contents and responsibilities of each department of the Market Supervision Bureau.
The application of the appraisal results was designed in three aspects: performance bonus,
promotion mechanism and classified training,and the appraisal interview and two-way
feedback mechanism were constructed. Based on this design, the safeguard measures of the
performance appraisal system were implemented.
