新能源汽车产业技术整合式创新仿真研究
摘 要
新能源汽车作为一种绿色交通工具,可有效降低碳排放量,减少石油资源的消耗,
引发了从国家到企业在到个人的关注。在我国新能源汽车发展中,已经形成了多个模式
的产业技术合作组织,然而,我国在新能源汽车电池电机等方面依然面临未能突破核心
技术等问题,其根本原因在于模式内外相关的资源未能得到有效整合,难以形成合力。
因此,如何提高我国新能源汽车产业技术创新成为了现实问题。
整合式创新是在战略视角下的全方位全要素创新,因此,本文基于整合式创新理论
展开对我国新能源汽车产业技术创新模式的研究,通过对整合式创新相关领域文献研究
思考,挖掘相关的要素,创建相关模式要素之间的联系,结合整合式创新理论引出新能
源汽车产业技术整合式创新模式,查找中国知网专利库以及《中国汽车工业年鉴》的相
关数据,通过系统动力学模拟仿真,发现整合式创新模式对当前我国新能源汽车产业技
术创新的专利数及企业获得的利润随时间发展呈正向变化,针对以前创新过程中未能体
现出战略影响的因素,基于仿真结果得出在战略的引领下,整合式创新模式一开始对产
业技术促进作用不太明显,然而随着时间的变化,会带来类似于指数式的发展,说明从
长期看,整合式创新模式起到的作用是当前模式所不可比拟的,另外,政府营造良好的
政策环境,颁布的政策等保障产业技术创新的稳定,人才资源和 R&D 投入是保证产业
技术前进的背后力量,加强人才的培养和资金的投入以防后劲不足,对于企业内部的制
度创新也需要与时俱进,深度挖掘内部的潜力,通过有效的管理为企业奠定良好的基础,
继而推动新能源汽车产业技术的创新。
研究结论表明,新能源汽车产业技术整合式创新模式可以完善传统创新模式的不足,
有效提高产业技术创新的水平,创造价值。

ABSTRACT
As a green means of transportation, new energy vehicles can effectively reduce
carbon emissions and reduce the consumption of oil resources, which has attracted the
attention of the state, enterprises and individuals. In the development of China;s new energy
vehicles, several modes of industrial technology cooperation organizations have been formed.
However, China still fails to break through the core technologies in terms of core technologies
such as new energy vehicle batteries. The fundamental reason is that the resources within the
mode have not been effectively integrated and it is difficult to form a joint force. Therefore,
how to improve the technological innovation of China;s new energy vehicle industry has
become a practical problem.
Integrated innovation is an all-round and all factor innovation from a strategic
perspective. Therefore, based on the integrated innovation theory, this paper carries out the
research on the technological innovation model of China;s new energy vehicle industry.
Through the research and thinking of the literature in the relevant fields of integrated
innovation, this paper excavates the relevant elements, establishes the relationship between
the relevant model elements, and leads to the technological integrated innovation model of the
new energy vehicle industry in combination with the integrated innovation theory, Find the
relevant data of China HowNet patent database and China automobile industry yearbook, and
through system dynamics simulation, find the change trend of integrated innovation on the
patents of technological innovation in China;s new energy automobile industry and the profits
obtained by enterprises over time. In view of the factors that failed to reflect the strategic
impact in the previous innovation process, based on this theory, under the guidance of strategy,
At the beginning, the role of integrated innovation model in promoting industrial technology
is not obvious. However, with the change of time, it will bring industrial technology similar to
exponential development, which shows that in the long run, the role of integrated innovation
model is unmatched by the current model. In addition, the government creates a good
business environment and issues policies to ensure the stability of industrial technological

vehicle industry.
The research conclusion shows that the technology integrated innovation model of
new energy vehicle industry can improve the shortcomings of the traditional innovation
model, effectively improve the level of industrial technology innovation and create value.
