摘要

随着社会经济的发展和社会分工日益精细化,市场竞争也越来越激烈,面对激烈的

竞争市场,企业需要提高自身的竞争力,就必须将精力集中到企业的核心业务上,因此

更多的企业选择将非核心业务的物流承包给专业的物流企业,于是第三方物流企业应运

而生。被公认为“第三利润源”的第三方物流得到了迅速发展,并在物流市场中扮演越

来越重要角色,对经济的影响日益明显。第三方物流的发展不仅降低了生产型企业的物

流成本,而且整合了社会上众多闲散的资源,带动了与物流服务相关的诸多领域的发展,

剌激了国民经济又好又快的发展。

本文以D物流公司作为研宄对象,对其运营管理中的问题逐个分析,并研究解决优

化方案。作为专业的第三方物流,有效的整合物流资源,实现规模化运作,提高服务质

量,在全社会范围内节约生产成本,有利于生产型企业的良性成长,对降低物流成本和

提高该企业的竞争力具有十分重要的理论意义和现实意义。

首先,本文在第三方物流理论分析的基础上,对运营组织结构、运营管理及配送时

效相关理论进行了详细的剖析,同时也对供应商选择方法进行了介绍。

其次,本文介绍了 D物流公司的概况和该企业的内外部环境,对D物流公司实际存

在的运营组织结构不健全、配送业务准点率不高及供应商选择方法不合理等问题进行了

详细分析,并阐述了这些问题产生的不良影响。

最后,在确立优化组织结构目标和基本原则的基础上,通过对组织结构设计思路和

业务流程的调整,最终确认组织结构优化的设计方案。同时对配送准点率的问题分别从

内部配送业务流程和管理办法、末端配送中心的每个环节进行优化和改进,提高D物流

公司的运营管理水平。通过优化供应商选择方法和流程,确立了选择供应商的评估指标

权重,优化选择方法,从而确保选择合适的供应商为之服务,提高运营质量。

Abstract

The development of social economy and division of labor, the market competition

become more and more fierce. Facing ficerce competition, company must focus on there core

business, which makes more companies prefer to give logistics to professional logistics

company5so third-party logistics company gave birth. Be known as the third party is the third

profit source” has been developing rapidly, and is playing more and more important role in

logistics market, the impact on the economy is becoming more and more obvious. The

development of the third party can't only reduce product company logistic cost, but also

integrated a number of idle social logistics resources, to promote the development of many

fields related with logistics services,and stimulated the development of the national economy.

In this paper, D logistics company as 狂 research object,its operational management

problems individually analyzed and studied to solve optimization. As a professional

third-party logistics, and effective integration of logistics resources to achieve large-scale

operation, improve service quality, reduce production costs in the whole of society, there is

conducive to healthy growth of production-oriented enterprises, to reduce logistics costs and

improve the company's competitive force is very important theoretical and practical

significance

At first, this paper briefly describes the distribution and operations management based on

theoretical analysis of third party logistics, and introduce the methods of subcontractor option.

Then in second, it introduces the current status of D logistic company, and internal &

external environment, and give a detailed analysis issues existing in D logistic company,

describes adverse effects on un-perfect Operation organizational structure,and low quality in

distribution on time rate, and unreasonable method of vendor option

Finally, based on established objectives and basic principles to optimize the structure of

the organization, through the adjustment process of design ideas and organizational structure,

the final confirmation organizational structure optimized design. Meanwhile punctuality rate

of distribution problems respectively distribution business processes and management

practices from the inside, every aspect of the end of the distribution center to optimize and

improve, improve logistics company D operations management level. By optimizing supplier

selection methods and processes, establishing the right to choose the supplier evaluation index
