物流管理是生产活动的重要组成部分,物流管理是随着工业经济的不断发展而逐渐
发展起来的,尤其是市场经济的发展,使企业间的竞争日趋激烈,全面成本管理催生了
物流管理的发展,物流管理包括运输管理、仓储管理、供应链管理等。
近几年,我国汽车市场已经进入了国际国内激烈竞争的阶段,作为汽车欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司零部件
之一的排气系统生产欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司也同样面临着降低物流成本的压力。汽车零部件企业也是在全
球范围内或者全国范围内配置资源,因此,运输和仓储管理都是不可避免的,既需要相
关的专业人员又需要相关的硬件设备设施,因此,物流成本在整个成本中占有相当大的
比重,因此,汽车零部件企业应该加强物流管理,降低成本。
本研究首先对物流管理的相关理论进行阐述,包括理论基础和物流仓储管理方法,
之后本文分析了天纳克-埃贝赫(大连)排气系统有限公司的物流管理现状及问题。
天纳克-埃贝赫公司,拥有北京、佛山、长春三个JIT工厂,但是通过研究发现该公
司在釆购、仓储、出入库管理、生产与物流协调、总厂与分厂协调、信息化建设、人员
管理等各个方面尚有待改进,由于一系列问题的存在,使得公司物流部门效率低下,总
体来说并没有达到JIT工厂降低物流成本的要求。本文通过研究,最终为天纳克-埃贝赫
提出了解决问题的思路,天纳克-埃贝赫公司只有改进生产方式、加强信息技术的运用,
加强仓储管理的科学管理方法,完善物流部门的激励机制等才能有效解决其面临的问
题。

The research on logistics management improvement of
T enneco-Eberspaecher
Abstract
Logistics warehousing is an important part of the production activities, and with the
development of the production process of different changes have taken place. With the rise of
our country industry,logistics industry has been rapid increase, the warehouse is not the
missing part of modern logistics,play a decisive role in the logistics operation,is the key of the
suppliers account. Good warehousing can help suppliers improve the efficiency of material
flow,reduce costs, to ensure smooth and efficient of production is completed, and the effective
utilization of resources and management.
In the domestic car market, our country automobile industry face pressure to lower prices
and lean production, for the exhaust system is one of the auto industry parts production industry
is also under pressure to reduce logistics cost. Of all the cost, logistics cost occupies a large part
of proportion, especially the transportation cost and storage cost,need to have both related
professionals and related hardware facilities, therefore, how to reduce costs,improve the price
competitiveness, the key to become auto parts enterprise competitive advantage.
This research firstly analyzes the relevant theories of logistics management and research
were reviewed, and the general method of logistics warehouse management, this paper analyzes
the current situation of Tenneco-Eberspaecher(Dalian)Exhaust System Co.,Ltd. (TEES) and
problems of logistics management, TEES, with Beijing, Foshan,Changchun three JIT plants,
but the study found that the company at the scene of the procurement, storage, in-out warehouse
management, production management, production plan,coordinate with factory, information
system construction, personnel management and so on various aspects remains to be improved,
as a result of the existence of a series of problems,the company logistics department inefficient,
in general have not reached the requirements of JIT plant to reduce logistics costs. This article
through studies, and ultimately to TEES puts forward the train of thought to solve the problem,
the author thinks that, TEES only improve production way, strengthen the use of information
technology, strengthen the scientific management method of warehouse management, perfect
the incentive mechanism of logistics department can effectively solve the problems we are
facing.
