由于缺乏统一的信息化建设的战略规划,单纯通过增加信息系统完成企业的信息化建
设,信息系统在带给企业信息便利的同时,也给企业带来各信息系统间数据分散、公司
内部管理分散、难于在综合各信息系统的应用基础上而提取企业决策所需数据的“信息
孤岛”的问题。故而,企业IT规划的概念越来越受到企业的重视。企业IT规划,即是
企业将适合企业生产和运营管理需求的信息技术,投入在企业的运营管理中,利用所采
用的信息技术,分析现有业务流程,改变及提升企业管理水平的过程,也是提升企业“核
心竞争力”的过程

本文以GXCN公司IT规划为研究对象,以制定GXCN公司IT规划及实施方案为
研究目标,以IT规划的基本理论与方法为指导,运用SWOT分析方法分析GXCN公司
的发展战略,运用价值链分析方法对GXCN公司的关键业务流程进行分析与优化,运
用关键成功因素法分析GXCN公司的IT关键需求,运用战略栅格法安排应用实施的优
先顺序,进而提出本次IT规划方案的整体框架、主要内容以及实施建议。本文研究的
IT规划,是在对GXCN公司信息化建设充分调研的基础上得出的,可直接应用于GXCN
公司信息化建设的解决方案,对其他同类型企业的信息化建设具有一定的参考价值

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, to promote enterprise to improve
labor productivity and reduce the labor intensity as the starting point of the realization of the
information demand, information construction has become the important way of modern
enterprise reform and development.
Due to 汪 lack of unified strategic planning of informatization construction, simply by
increasing the information system to complete the enterprise information construction,
information system while convenient to enterprise information, also brings to the enterprise
information system between each data scattered scattered the company's internal management,
and is difficult to based on the integrated application of various information systems and
extract the data required for business decision-making information island problem.Thus,the
concept of enterprise IT planning by the enterprises more and more attention.
Enterprise planning IT, that is will be suitable for enterprise production and operation
management requirements of information technology,the investment in enterprise operational
management, the use of information technology,analyzed the existing business processes,
change and improve the process of the management of the enterprise itself in essence, is to
strengthen the process of enterprises core competence.
This thesis takes GXCN company informatization as the research object, informatization
planning project of GXCN company as the research target, the informatization planning
theory and methods as a guide, starting from the enterprise development strategies, combined
with the enterprise informatization, analyzes, from the planning demand overall frame, main
contents and implementation suggestions are expounded, finally then the project of the
informatization planning summary.
This thesis studies the informatization planning, is based on a fixll investigation on
information construction of GXCN company, can be directly applied to the information
