摘要
平衡计分卡作为突破财务指标考核局限性的有效绩效评估工具,它从财务、
顾客、内部流程和学习发展四个维度,系统的考核企业的绩效,实现企业的战略
目标。本文通过对平衡计分卡理论的回顾,确立了基于平衡计分卡方法的G科
技企业孵化器绩效评价模型。本文在查阅国内外有关孵化器绩效研宄文献的基础
上,分析了 G科技企业孵化器的发展情况和绩效评价的现状以及存在的问题。
针对G科技企业孵化器绩效评价存在的问题,把平衡计分卡引入G科技企业孵
化器,建构合理、有效的评估指标体系来进行绩效评价,以提高G科技企业孵
化器的绩效评估质量,并与孵化器的战略很好的结合。
本文以绩效管理理论为指导,以理论分析与实证分析相结合、定量分析与定
性分析相结合的方法为主,对科技企业孵化器绩效评估体系进行了系统、深入的
研究,并结合作者多年从事科技企业孵化工作的经验,试图用平衡计分卡方法构
造G科技企业孵化器绩效评价体系,为平衡计分卡在G科技企业孵化器的绩效
评价应用中进行有益的探索。

Abstract
As an. effective performance evaluation system that breakthrough financial index
evaluation limitations,the Balanced Score Card evaluates of enterprises performance
from four dimensions of Financial, Customer, Internal Business Processes Learning
and Growth, to achieve the strategy. Through the review of the Balanced Score Card
theory, the thesis establishes the performance evaluation system of the technology
business incubator G.ON the basis of the relevant research of incubator performance
literature, the author analyzes the current situation and problems of the performance
evaluation of technology business incubator GAiming at an existent problem of the
technology business incubator G,s performance evaluation, the author proposes to
introduce the Balanced Score Card into technology business incubator G, set up a set
of reasonable and valid valuation index system to evaluate the technology business
incubator G,s performance, and it is no doubt beneficial to improve the quality
ameliorate the method of the technology business incubator G's performance
evaluation.
Guided by theory of performance management, this thesis mainly takes an
approach combining theoretical and empirical analysis, quantitative analysis model
and qualitative analysis model,gives a systematic and profound research on
technology business incubator G's performance evaluation system. With the working
experience in technology business incubator, tihis author try to construct the
performance evaluation system of technology business incubator G by using the
Balanced Score Card, and hope to make a beneficial exploration for the Balanced
Score Card application in technology business incubator G.
