为公司可持续发展奠定扎实的基础;另一方面借助本研究,打通资源与运营管理之间
瓶颈,建立高效的、动态的资源管理平台,保障中粮期货基业常青。

“忠良在线”平台是我司执行新的五年战略规划的抓手,通过平台的资源整合,
不仅帮助公司管理人员更为有效与合理地运营、挖掘各类资源,同时也能大幅提高业
务人员在营销与服务中的工作效率,推动公司由传统的平台业务向发展中的增值业务
转型。平台的资源整合,是中粮期货管理提升的一项重点工程,也是创新业务发展的
起点。

中粮期货资源管理探索
Abstract
Chinese fiitures industry has been developing for nearly 20 years. As one of the
industry leaders, COFCO Futures has accumulated abundant resources, which have
become the company's core cohesion force in operation and core competiveness in the
rapid development of the industry. This study aims to help the company clarifying
management model of domestic and overseas resources, to help establishing development
strategy of resources and to help laying a solid foundation of company's sustainable
development. Besides, it aims to help cracking the bottleneck between resources and
operation management, and to help establishing an efficient and dynamic platform of
resources management in order to ensure the lasting growth foundation of COFCO
Futures.
“COFCO Online is a key platform of the company's newly formulated five-year
Plan. By resources consolidation, the platform not only helps management team make use
of resources effectively,but also elevates front line team's efficiency greatly in terms of
products and services marketing, thus pushing a transformation of business model from
previous traditional to developing value-added one. Resources consolidation is a key
project to elevate management level and also a starting point of innovated business for
COFCO Futures.
