摘 要
随着市场经济与现代管理的快速发展,信息系统的建设己逐步成为物流企业核
心竞争力的体现。为了提高卷烟物流管理水平,应对全球经济环境变化带来的挑战,
近年来江苏中烟工业公司大力推进烟草物流的技术创新,不断更新改造物流技术设
施,致力于卷烟物流信息系统管理的现代化
本文主要研究了江苏中烟卷烟物流在途信息系统的规划。首先,通过对国内外
烟草欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司物流信息系统建设与应用的介绍,结合江苏中烟物流信息系统建设的实际
情况,对比得出其卷烟物流信息系统存在的问题,并对江苏中烟卷烟物流在途信息
系统规划进行必要性和可行性分析。其次,基于对卷烟物流在途信息系统规划的理
论技术研究,具体使用战略集合转移法(SST)和关键成功因素法(CSF)来对江苏中烟
卷烟物流在途信息系统进行规划,以满足卷烟物流配送的调度,实现对卷烟运送的
在途实时反馈,保证卷烟在途过程的全程监控。最后,分别从结构框架、实现原理、
系统设计、操作细节几个方面给出了江苏中烟卷烟物流在途信息系统的具体规划,
总结了江苏中烟卷烟物流在途信息系统规划的实施措施、实施方案、操作细节、效
果评价。通过对卷烟物流在途信息系统的规划,达到提高配送效率,降低物流成本,
改善服务水平的目的,从而全面提升江苏中烟卷烟物流的核心竞争力

Abstract
With the development of modern management and the market economy,
information system is a symbol of the core competition of enterprise. In order to improve
the ability of logistics management of tobacco industry, carrying out the scientific
concept of development, facing the challenges that come from changes of the global
economic environment, tobacco industry promote technological innovation of tobacco
logistics over the years, they devote themselves to modernization of Logistics
management and the revolution of Logistics technology facility.
This paper mainly studies the planning of Jiangsu ZhongYan cigarette in-transit
information system, learns the application of tobacco industry at home and abroad
firstly,combining with the real situation of Jiangsu ZhongYan cigarette in-transit
information system, getting the question that Cigarette logistics information system
exists through comparison, analysing the necessity and feasibility of Jiangsu ZhongYan
cigarette in-transit information system. Then, basing on the technical research about
Jiangsu ZhongYan cigarette in-transit information system, using the method SST and
CSF to plan Jiangsu ZhongYan cigarette in-transit information system, and to meet the
scheduling of tobacco logistics distribution, in order to mak sure real-time feedback and
supervise the whole process of of Cigarette in the transport process. Finally. From the
aspects of structure, system planning and operation,we give concrete plans of Jiangsu
ZhongYan cigarette in-transit information system and conclude the measures, operational
details and evaluation results of Jiangsu ZhongYan cigarette in-transit information
system, through the way that plans Cigarette logistics information system to improve the
efficiency of distribution, reduce the cost, improve the level of service, thus improve the
core competition of enterprise.
