论文主要分为以下五个部分:第一章就选题背景、意义、研究方法、内容以及相关
文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司做了必要介绍。第二章从G公司的发展概况着手,对公司的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司背景、公司组
织结构、人员状况和现行薪酬体系状况进行描述,运用薪酬满意度调查问卷调查分析了
员工对薪酬的满意度。第三章对G公司现行薪酬体系存在的问题和原因进行诊断分析,
指出存在的不足,为优化设计提供依据。第四章以薪酬体系优化设计的理论为基础,对
G公司的薪酬进行优化设计,首先提出改革的思路、原则,然后进行前期准备工作,最
后提出各岗位的薪酬结构方案。第五章从其他角度提出薪酬优化方案实施的保障措施,
这些措施是薪酬体系实施的有力支撑和补充,另外还提出了薪酬体系优化方案实施中要
注意的问题。最后指出本次研究的不足,并对本次研究做了一个总结。

ABSTRACT
The research of this thesis emphasized on G Company,By means of pay satisfaction
questionnaire and gathering information from a variety of sources, points out that the G
Company's remuneration system exist a lot of problems. The actual situation of G Company
as the starting point, and use the compensation system optimization theory to optimize
compensation system for G Company. By reforming the talent, motivate the staffs enthusiasm,
make employee will have the knowledge and skills to maximize the transformation to core
competition ability,finally realizes the enterprise and staff benefit win-win.
This thesis mainly includes five chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the
background, significance, research method,content and relevant documents. The second
chapter mainly introduces the company's industry background, organizational structure,
personnel status and the current salary system status, and analysis the result of pay
satisfaction questionnaire. The third chapter points out some problems in the G company
current salary system for diagnosis and analysis, point out the inadequacy of existence, to
optimize a design to provide a basis. The fourth chapter is based on compensation system
optimization design theory; propose optimization solution of the salary system,including
reform train of thought, the principle and the concrete implementation method and program.
The fifth chapter analyzes the difficulty of the salary system optimization solution and puts
forward some pertinent countermeasures to our enterprises. Finally the thesis pointed out the
deficiency of the research,and has made a summary at the end.
