Based on the causes mentioned above, the author brings up the corresponding marketing
tactics based onHR and organizationbehaviour. Firstly, establishingthe personnel-post
matching systerm is very necessary, appropriately reducing the pressure of employees and
improving the personnel-post matching mechanism so that no more unnecessary pressure to
employees is caused due to things other than work. At the same time, attention should be paid
to different work of each position such as store foreman, reserve manager etc. Secondly,
capacity improvement systerm should be established, building employees career planning,
development and learning channels to help them grow. Thirdly, training systerm should be
build, enhancing the professional education in the sercive systerm and team construction and
ensuring the quality and quantity of training all the time. Fourthly, service guarantee systerm
should be established, enhancing the support and training provided by the headquarters to each
store to promote the work support of functional departments. Fifthly, to implement humanistic
care. through the reform of the scheduling system, the organization of activities, the promotion
of employee health care plan and other ways to enhance employees psychological sense of
security and enhance organizational identity.
To sum up, the research on the improvement of human resources support system in chain
catering industry can improve the work efficiency of employees, enhance their civic behavior,
and improve their job embeddedness at the same time, providing references to the human
resource management of similar chain catering industry.
