2000年以来有关消费金融公司的融资问题已成为一个新的大主题。特别是2010
年起,消费金融欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司公司在资本上不仅要面对欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争带来的业务压力,同时还要应
对政策带来的监管压力。2021年,中国人民银行印发的《金融科技发展规划(2022-2025
年)》中指出金融科技是技术驱动的金融创新,是深化金融供给侧结构性改革、增强金
融服务实体经济能力的重要引擎。数字技术对推动金融数字化发展,促进金融科技向
高质量发展起着决定性的作用。要实现金融科技的快速发展,需要各消费金融公司加
大在资金和专业人员两方面的投入。由于消费金融公司本身具有非银行金融机构的特
殊性质,其在股东架构、资本留存、融资渠道上有着诸多限制,许多消费金融公司都
面临资金上的压力,但又难以寻找有效的解决突破口。目前,市场上消费金融公司主
要有九种融资方式,其在融资的门槛、流程、成本与收益方面各不相同,所以并非所
有的方式都具有普适性。许多融资手段由于门槛过高,大部分消费金融公司无参与或
者开展该类业务的资格。而那些有资格的消费金融公司,则需根据自身业务和资质上
的实际情况进行判断与选择。因此,研究消费金融公司融资方式问题,具有很强的现
实与理论意义。
论文以 MS消费金融公司为例,结合 MS消费金融公司现有的融资渠道资质、市
场情况和消费金融欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司融资方式发展趋势,综合讨论 MS消费金融公司当前融资困境
与融资方式存在的问题,给出更适合 MS消费金融公司当前在数字经济发展大环境下
的三种融资方式,即银团贷款融资、资产证券化融资和联合贷款融资。其次,结合 MS
消费金融公司所面临的政策环境、经济环境、技术环境和消费贷款环境等,从多维度
对 MS消费金融公司选择银团贷款、资产证券化和联合贷款融资方式进行可行性分
析。最后,结合全文分析结果,为 MS消费金融公司融资发展提出切实可行的建议,
包括应充分发挥政府对其融资的支持,增强其自身融资能力,加强对融资人才的培养
以及提升,公司风控和科技的能力。

Since 2000, financing of consumer finance companies has become a big new theme.
Especially since 2010, companies in the consumer finance industry have to face not only the
business pressure brought about by industry competition, but also the regulatory pressure
brought about by policies. In 2021, the "Financial Technology Development Plan (2022-
2025)" issued by the People's Bank of China pointed out that financial technology is a
technology-driven financial innovation and an important engine for deepening the financial
supply-side structural reform and enhancing the ability of financial services to serve the real
economy. Digital technology plays a decisive role in promoting the digital development of
finance and promoting the high-quality development of financial technology. To achieve the
rapid development of financial technology, consumer finance companies need to increase
investment in both capital and professionals. Due to the special nature of consumer finance
companies as non-bank financial institutions, they have many restrictions on shareholder
structure, capital retention, and financing channels. Many consumer finance companies are
facing financial pressure, but it is difficult to find an effective solution breakthrough. At
present, there are mainly nine financing methods for consumer finance companies in the
market, which differ in terms of financing thresholds, processes, costs and benefits, so not
all methods are universal. Due to the high threshold for many financing methods, most
consumer finance companies are not qualified to participate in or carry out such businesses.
Those qualified consumer finance companies need to make judgments and choices based on
their own business and qualifications. Therefore, it is of great practical and theoretical
significance to study the financing methods of consumer finance companies.
Taking MS Consumer Finance Company as an example, this paper comprehensively
discusses the current financing difficulties and financing methods of MS Consumer Finance
Company based on the existing financing channel qualifications, market conditions and the
development trend of financing methods in the consumer finance industry. It is more suitable
for the three financing methods of MS Consumer Finance Company under the current digital
economy development environment, namely syndicated loan financing, asset securitization
financing and joint loan financing. Secondly, combined withthe policy environment,
economic environment, technical environment and consumer loan environment faced by MS

choice of syndicated loan, asset securitization and joint loan financing methods is carried
out from multiple dimensions. Finally, combined with the analysis results of the full text, the
paper puts forward practical suggestions for the financing development of MS consumer
finance companies, including giving full play to the government's support for its financing,
enhancing its own financing capabilities, strengthening the training and improvement of
financing talents, corporate risk control and technological capabilities.
