摘要
随着国内经济的增长趋缓,传统汽车市场的发展也不容乐观。政府为促进经济发展,
出台了相关政策鼓励传统汽车产业升级发展、努力研发更高质量的汽车产品。且伴随着网
络时代的到来,消费者能更快捷的得到消息和咨询,各个市场的信息也逐渐趋于透明,消
费者的购物更成熟和理性。而产品质量更是成为消费者做出选择的极为重要的因素。所以,
如何优化产品质量管理,产出更高质量的汽车系列产品,是我国相关企业必须解决的问题。
本研究在论述相关理论基础之后,首先分析汽车零部件公司产品质量管理现状及存在
的问题,对公司情况进行描述,分析公司产品质量管理的现状,然后进一步研究其存在的
问题及原因;接着提出汽车零部件公司产品质量管理优化策略,在提出优化目标与思路的
基础上,制定产品质量管理优化策略;最后分析保障措施,在前文研究的基础上提出优化
保障措施。
通过本文的研究得出以下主要结论:S汽车零部件公司在产品质量管理方面存在的问
题有:质量管理体系欠缺、进料质量低、生产过程控制欠缺、售后质量水平低。对其优化
需要按照采购、设计、生产和售后四个阶段展开,同时,为更好的实现 S 汽车零部件公司
的产品质量管理优化,需要注重保障措施的落实,其保障措施主要包括企业文化保障、组
织保障、人员保障和制度保障。

Abstract
As the growth of domestic economy slows down, the development of traditional car market
is not optimistic. In order to promote economic development, the government has issued relevant
policies to encourage the upgrading and development of traditional automobile industry and strive
to develop higher quality automobile products. In addition, with the advent of the Internet era,
consumers can get information and consultation more quickly, and information in various markets
is gradually becoming more transparent, making consumers; shopping more mature and rational.
And product quality has become an extremely important factor for consumers to make choices.
Therefore, such as and optimize product quality management, output of higher quality of
automobile products, is the relevant enterprises must solve the problem.
After discussing the relevant theoretical basis, this study firstly analyzes the current situation
and existing problems of product quality management of auto parts companies, describes the
company;s situation, analyzes the current situation of product quality management of the company,
and then further studies the existing problems and causes; Then put forward the auto parts company
product quality management optimization strategy, on the basis of putting forward the optimization
objectives and ideas, formulate the product quality management optimization strategy; Finally,
safeguard measures are analyzed and optimized safeguard measures are proposed on the basis of
the previous research.
Through the research of this paper, the main conclusions are as follows: the problems of S
Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in product quality management include: lack of quality management system,
low quality of incoming materials, lack of production process control and low after-sales quality
level. Its optimization needs to be carried out in accordance with the procurement, design,
production and after-sales stages. Meanwhile, in order to better realize the optimization of product
quality management of S Auto parts Company, it needs to pay attention to the implementation of
guarantee measures, which mainly include corporate culture guarantee, organization guarantee,

personnel guarantee and system guarantee.
