摘要
随着我国国民经济持续快速增长,医疗器械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司实现了快速发展。 2020年新冠
疫情突如其来,人们对健康的需求日益增加,随着我国医疗体制改革的深入与完
善,为医疗器械公司创造了更多的发展机遇,也提出了更大的挑战。
重庆LH医疗器械公司(以下简称LH公司)秉持“以科技驱动发展、竭诚服务人
类健康”的宗旨,在医疗器械深耕29年,和国内外知名医疗企业保持着良好的合作关
系,拥有较为稳定的销售渠道,但同时也受到环境变化及欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争形势越发激烈的
冲击。近几年,LH公司盈利水平明显下降,面临较大的生存压力。
本论文旨在探讨全民健康时代 LH公司的发展战略。利用 PEST研究目前的宏观
经济形势,可知LH公司在全民健康时代的背景下拥有更多的机遇:国家政策给予医
疗器械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司极大的支持和保障,国民健康意识不断提升,老龄化社会结构的加速
等;同时,该欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司也面临着一些新的价格挑战:新医改 “两票制”、“医疗控费”、医
疗耗材带量采购等政策导致欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内价格普遍下降。进一步地,通过波特五力模型分
析发现,当下的医疗器械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,上游供应商原材料不断上涨,下游客户议价能力增
强,欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内竞争内卷日益严重等问题。最后,通过对公司内部资源分析得出:公司
在创新和制造能力较强、科技地产项目 YS国际大健康产业园的投用带来稳定的资
金、有成熟营销渠道等优势,但也存在家族治理模式有待提高、核心人才缺乏、研
发投入不足等问题。
结合内外部资源,运用 AHP-SWOT分析,建立LH公司战略四边形,得出 SO战
略适合目前公司发展情况,主要应实施的职能战略包括:技术创新战略、市场战
略、构建联盟战略、人才战略、财务战略。最后,为保障战略的顺利实施,公司应
进一步完善治理结构、重塑企业文化、加强信息化建设等。
希望本次研究能对LH公司的发展提供真实参考,同时为其他同欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的中小型民
营医疗器械企业的战略制定提供借鉴意义。

Abstract
Along with our country national economy sustained and rapid growth, the medical
device industry achieved rapid development. With the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in
2020, people's demand for health is increasing day by day. With the deepening and
improvement of China's medical system reform, more development opportunities and
greater challenges have been created for medical device companies.
Chongqing LH medical equipment company (hereinafter referred to as LH) uphold
"to drive the development of science and technology, we sincerely service to human
health" purposes, in the medical instrument subsoil 29 years, both at home and abroad
well-known medical enterprises maintained good relations of cooperation, has a stable
sales channels, but also by the environment change and the impact of the situation is
increasingly fierce competition in the industry. In recent years, the profitability of LH
Company has declined significantly and it is facing great pressure of survival.
This paper aims to discuss the development strategy of LH Company in the national
health era. By using PEST to study the current macroeconomic situation, it can be seen that
LH Company has more opportunities in the context of comprehensive health era: the
national policy gives great support and guarantee to the medical device industry, the
national health awareness is constantly improving, and the aging social structure is
accelerating. At the same time, the industry is also facing some new price challenges: the
new medical reform "two-invoice system", "medical cost control", medical consumables
procurement by volume and other policies lead to a general price decline in the industry.
Further, through porter's five Forces model analysis, it is found that in the current medical
device industry, upstream suppliers' raw materials continue to rise, downstream customers'
bargaining power is enhanced, and competition within the industry is increasingly serious.
Finally, through the analysis of internal resources of the company, it is concluded that the
company has the advantages of strong innovation and manufacturing capacity, stable
capital brought by YS International Big Health Industrial Park, a science and technology
real estate project, and mature marketing channels. However, there are also problems such
as family governance model to be improved, lack of core talents and insufficient
investment in research and development.
Combining internal and external resources, AHP-SWOT analysis is used to establish
the strategic quadrilateral of LH company, and it is concluded that SO strategy is suitable
