《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》和《中国制造2025》都提及要加快医疗器械转型升级, 以及各地推进实施的医疗改革和“两票制”政策,为我国医疗器械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司带来了极大的发展 机遇,同时也带来了挑战。新常态背景下,除了经济增长速度和方式的转变之外,我国社 会经济结构和经济发展动力也发生了变化,经济发展动力需要创新增长点。新常态必将对 中小医疗器械企业的发展产生重大的影响,中小医疗器械企业如何在新常态下在激烈的竞 争中获得发展,取得更好的效益,这是众多中小医疗器械企业共同面对的问题。YD科技 医疗器械公司是头桥镇的骨千企业,近年来发展速度明显缓慢,且营销业绩增长趋于下滑, 出现这种状况主要是公司制定的发展战略内容粗线条比较空洞,不具有可操作性且难以贯 彻实施,这严重制约了公司发展。要想在现今激烈的市场竞争中取得更大发展,继而提升 YD科技医疗器械公司在欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内的竞争能力及地位,对公司的发展战略进行重新构建是现 今YD科技医疗器械公司的领导层面临的紧迫课题。 论文运用文献研宄法、实地调查法、归纳分析法等研宄方法,以YD科技医疗器械公 司为研宄对象,从解决YD科技医疗器械公司发展战略方面存在的问题入手,通过构建全 新的发展战略来解决YD科技医疗器械公司发展中面临的问题,以促进其可持续发展。 论文首先对企业战略联盟、一体化战略、协同效应、战略选择理论等理论基础进行介 绍,对PEST分析、SOWT和波特五力模型等竞争战略分析工具进行了介绍;其次以YD科 技医疗器械公司为例,从公司概况、组织架构、生产产品、销售业绩、人力资源等五个方 面对公司发展现状进行了分析,对医疗器械欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司面临的宏观环境和欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环境进行了阐述, 并且对YD科技医疗器械公司所具有的优势、劣势,面临的机会和威胁进行了分析。最后 进行了YD科技医疗器械公司发展战略的构建,对YD科技医疗器械公司战略进行了选择, 确定了公司总体战略定位,提出了公司具体发展战略,主要包括营销创新战略、产学研合 作战略、创新联盟战略、精细管理战略、品牌塑造战略。在此基础上提出了YD科技医疗 器械公司发展战略的实施保障举措,发展战略的实施分为三个阶段逐步进行;保障举措分 为组织体系保障、企业文化保障、人力资源保障、信息技术保障等四个方面。 关键词:YD公司医疗器械发展战略保障举措 Ill Abstract Theoutlineof"healthyChina2030Mand"madeinChina2025Mbothmentionedtheneedto acceleratethetransformationandupgradingofmedicaldevices,aswellastheimplementationof themedicalreformandtheMtwo-ticketsystem"policyinvariousplaces.Thishasbroughtgreat opportunitiesandchallengestothemedicaldeviceindustryinChina.Underthebackgroundof thenewnormal,inadditiontothetransformationofeconomicgrowthrateandmode,China's socialandeconomicstructureandeconomicdevelopmentmomentumhavealsochanged,and economicdevelopmentmomentumneedstoinnovategrowthpoints.Thenewnormalwill certainlyhaveasignificantimpactonthedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedmedical deviceenterprises.Howtodevelopsmallandmedium-sizedmedicaldeviceenterprisesinthe fiercecompetitionandachievebetterbenefitsunderthenewnormalisacommonproblemfaced bymanysmallandmedium-sizedmedicaldeviceenterprises.YDscienceandtechnology medicaldevicecompanyisabackboneenterpriseintouqiaotown.Inrecentyears,the developmentspeedisobviouslyslow,andthegrowthofmarketingperformancetendstodecline.
