市场经济全球化，是以质量管理为主要内容的经济体系，企业发展比拼的不是规模大小 而是质量高低，全面质量管理集企业管理之大成，无疑是企业提升产品质量的最佳选择。QC 实践活动由于其在全面质量管理中的高效性、灵活性与解决问题及时性，受到越来越多企业 的重视，从而得到广泛推广，其在企业质量管理中的作用日益凸显。 QC实践活动是基于“大质量”而展开的小集体活动。QC能够有效帮助企业提高产品质 量和管理水平。同时，也能帮助企业节能降耗，以及通过自身过硬的管理方法帮助企业建立 完善的管理制度，使企业内部质量体系完整，并形成一种良好的积极向上的工作氛围，以科 学的方法指导企业更高更快发展。 本文以QC的相关理论和方法为基础，以渤海活塞“蓝水滴”小组为研究案例，根据活 塞的结构特点和加工方式，通过利用案例分析、调查研究、图表分析等方法，对质量管理过 程中出现的问题进行原因分析与要因确认、效果检查与措施巩固。从而解决了生产中出现的 质量问题，提高了产品质量。该研究首次把全面质量管理和精益生产相结合，节能降耗效果 明显。 该研究对提高产品质量，优化生产资源配置，推行精益生产，增强企业国际竞争力以及 企业全面质量管理提升和节能降耗起到了重要意义。 关键词：质量管理，QC小组，影响机制，机械加工 山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT The globalization of market economy is an economic system with quality management as the main content. The development of enterprises is not the size but the quality. The total quality management is the best choice for enterprises to improve product quality. Due to its high efficiency, flexibility and timeliness of solving problems in total quality management, practical activities of QC have been paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises, thus being widely promoted, and its role in enterprise quality management has become increasingly prominent. QC practice activities are small group activities based on "large quality". QC can effectively help enterprises improve product quality and management level. At the same time, it can also help enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption, and through their own excellent management methods to help enterprises to establish a sound management system, so that the internal quality system of the enterprise is complete, and form a good positive working atmosphere, scientific methods to guide the enterprise higher and faster development. In this paper, based on the relevant theories and methods of the QC, to bohai piston case study of "blue water" group, according to the structure characteristics of the piston and processing way, through the use of case analysis, investigation and study, chart analysis, the problems in the process of quality management for the reason analysis and through verification, examination and measures to consolidate effect. Thus, the quality problems in production are solved and the product quality is improved. For the first time, this research combines total quality management with lean production, and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious. This research plays an important role in improving product quality, optimizing the allocation of production resources, implementing lean production, enhancing the international competitiveness of enterprises, improving the total quality management of enterprises, and saving energy and reducing consumption.
