本文以竞争战略的概念和理论为基础,采用文献研究法、案例研究法以及实地调
研的方法,对HMX汽车金融公司竞争对策问题进行了研究,采用PEST分析、五力
模型等分析法全面分析了HMX汽车金融公司的内部条件和外部环境,在对HMX汽
车金融公司竞争对策发展现状的基础上,指出了其目前竞争对策中存在的问题,并通
过SWOT分析,得出了适合HMX汽车金融公司的竞争对策选择,即差异化竞争对
策,最后提出了HMX汽车金融公司竞争对策的实施与保障措施,即健全公司治理结
构、建立良好的企业文化以及加强人才队伍的建设,对于解决HMX汽车金融公司发
展中遇到的瓶颈,提高其核心竞争能力,从而实现HMX汽车金融公司可以更好的经
营下去,对其经营和管理的完善提供了参考。
本文的创新之处在于将竞争战略理论与HMX汽车金融公司自身实际需要相结

第四部分对HMX汽车金融公司进行SWOT分析,从分析的结果出发,深入剖
析了其优势与劣势,并且根据其总体竞争目标,最终提出了差异化的竞争对策。
第五部分针对上述的分析,分别从健全公司治理结构、建立良好的企业文化以及
加强人才队伍的建设等几个方面提出了改进的措施。
第六部分是本文的结论。

Abstract
As early as the beginning of last century, the western developed countries attached
great importance to the competitiveness of enterprises, and carried out a great deal of
research both in theory and practice. However, the development of our country&39;s
competitive ability is relatively slow, and it has been paid more and more attention since
the beginning of the new century. Enterprises are facing the increasingly complex
environment, many enterprises in the operation of the final plight, all because of the
emergence of competitive power problems. With the rapid development of China&39;s
automobile industry, automobile finance has also been applied. But China&39;s auto finance
company faced with more complex environment, a lot of auto finance company is facing
fierce competition in the external environment, but also facing the problem of lack of
internal management, so the development is very slow, a lot of automobile finance
company is facing difficulties in the competition. Therefore, each automobile finance
company is required to improve its competition ability and reduce its operation risk.
Therefore, competition has become the key to enterprise management. In the near future,
many automobile finance companies in China are gradually improving their competition
consciousness and making competitive strategies according to their own actual situation.
They have played a certain role in promoting their own competition system.
This paper is based on the concept and theory of competitive strategy, using the
method of literature research, case studies and field research methods, the HMX auto
finance company competitive strategy is studied, using PEST analysis, five forces model
analysis method to analyze the internal conditions and external environment of HMX
automobile financial company, based on the HMX the automobile finance company
competitive strategy development present situation, points out the problems existing in the
current competitive strategy, and through the SWOT analysis, the strategic choice for the

theoretical foundation for this article.
The third part introduces the general situation of HMX automobile finance company,
and analyzes the competitive strategy environment of HMX automobile finance company
from two aspects of external environment and internal environment.
The fourth part SWOT analysis of HMX automobile financial company, starting from
the results of the analysis, in-depth analysis of its advantages and disadvantages, and
according to the overall competitive strategy goal, finally put forward the competitive
strategy of differentiation.
The fifth part of the above analysis, respectively, from the sound corporate
