XX 公司经过几年的快速发展,基本完成了原始积累,业务规模和人员数量都
翻了几倍。但是目前公司部门岗位职责重叠,职权分配不充分,人员工作积极性
不高,流动率过大等严重影响到公司运转的效率,威胁公司的平稳发展。本文在
回顾了企业组织与发展、人力资源管理理论与认识与之后,通过调研分析,在公
司组织与发展理论认识的基础上,结合公司的实际做了分析与思考,重点重设了
公司的组织架构与职责分配,重新设计了公司的人力资源管理的模式与制度。

Abstract
In the market economy prosperity era, a large number of small and medium
enterprises occupy the absolute superiority of the case, playing an important supporting
role in the social employment and economic development. The average life expectancy
of small and medium-sized enterprises is not long, however, in many small and
medium-sized enterprises set up and grow up fast,but also go bankrupt soon. Many
small and medium-sized enterprises did not fall in the pioneering stage, but when they
enter a new stage of development, can't change to adapt to the new environment, results
disappeared on growing road, failed through the management problems or the
transformation problems.
After several years of rapid development, the basic completion of XX company
primitive accumulation, the number of business scale and staff turned over several times.
But at present the company departments responsibilities overlap, Power distribution is
not sufficient, staff job enthusiasm is not high, the flow rate of workers is too large,
seriously affects the operation efficiency, steady development of threat to the company.
After reviewing the the enterprise organization and development, human resource
management theory, through the investigation and analysis which based on knowledge
organization and development theory, combined with the actual company to do the
analysis and thinking, reset the organizational structure and responsibilities distribution
company, re design the mode and system of human resource management of the
company.
