所谓公司的战略,就是对公司的未来发展有重大作用和影响的一系列计划集合,对于企
业有着较大的重要作用。武汉 C 公司尽管是由行政命令而最终建立的,但是在经营原则上还
是按照政企分开的形式进行,作为当前武汉临空经济区的投资主体和建设项目的主力军,主
要就是按照市场运营化的模式,从而来负责这一片区域的功能性、公益性的项目建设。所以
未来的战略选择对于当前的武汉 C 公司有着十分重要的意义。本论文运用管理理论,将微观
环境分析与宏观环境分析结合在一起,对其公司的多个方面进行了分析,例如企业发展外部
经济形势、政策支持、市场竞争;内部组织架构、资本和人员等,同时结合公司现有的实力
及资源状况,为公司的发展制订了五年的发展战略,这对于促进武汉 C 公司产业能够做的更
强更大,公司健康、持久发展具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of China's market economy and the transform from seller's market
to buyer market, if companies want to survive and keep developing in the fierce market competition
and complex external environment, they must consider the whole situation, grasp the future and
design development strategies that can indicate direction and goals. Based on the construction and
development of urban Wuhan and Linkong economic zone in Wuhan, we have studied the
development strategies of C Company in Wuhan in order to clarify the company's development
ideas and improve the development efficiency. We take C Company as the study target to
systematically analyze the internal and external environment, current strategic objectives and
strategic management with qualitative analysis method. And we used SWOT analysis to develop a
strategy for C Company.
The so called company's strategy is a series of plan collections that may play a significant role
and affect the company's future development, which has important effects on enterprises. Although
C Company is eventually established by executive order, it runs its business with the principle of
separating the government and company. As the main force of the current investors and
construction projects in Wuhan Linkong economic zone, it is mainly run with market principle,
which is responsible for the functional and public construction of this area. Therefore, the future
strategic options are very important for C Company. This paper uses management theory, integrate
the micro environmental analysis with the macro environmental analysis to analyze the company
from multiple aspects, such as external economic situation of the company’s development, policy
support, market competition; internal organization structure, capital and personnel. And it develops
a five-year development strategy for the company according to the company's existing strengths and
resources, which is very important for increasing the company’s strength, healthy and sustainable
development.
