X 公司早期经营模具开发业务,后来因为客观条件发生变化,进入产品
开发与生产领域。在从事产品业务初期,X 公司因流程和组织的准备不足,
出现新产品开发流程与组织不明确,开发过程管理不当,新产品开发效率较
低。通过研究新产品开发工作中出现的问题,X 公司建立并实施新产品开发
流程与组织,使新产品开发工作品质得到明显改善。
本文详细研究了 X 公司新产品开发流程与组织的设置,运行,以及相关
具体工作内容,主要研究的重点,是新产品开发组织,新产品开发流程,新
产品开发审查程序,通过总结 X 公司的经验,供其他企业建立和实施新产品
开发流程与组织时加以借鉴。

ABSTRACT
In this age there is widely known that the actual competition between the
enterprise is the competition of the product, so the new product management is
more important for enterprise. At present, the degree of attention in many
enterprises on the development of new products is not enough, in the new
product development decision and management process are often taken by
experience way of doing things, they haven’t established detailed, systematic
management system, it cause many issues in the new product development such
as poor efficiency, the benefit of investment can not reach.
In the early period, the business of X Corporation is focus on the mold
development , and later some changes occured, X Corporation enter the
production field. In the product development stage, X Corporation is facing the
new product development process is not clear, organizational responsibilities
unclear, seriously affect the efficiency of the development of new products. The
study appeared in the new product development process, combined with their
own actual situation, X Corporation establish and implement the development
process and organization, and thus significantly improves the development of
new products.
This paper gives a detailed analysis of X Corporation 's new product
development process and organization setup, operation, and the implementation
of specific work content, to the organization of new product development, new
product development process, the development of new products review as the
main research contents, and summarizes the X Corporation to establish and
implement new product development process and organizational experience,
which can be referenced by other enterprises.
This paper is organized into five parts. The first part introduces the research
