求,提高核心竞争力。从大环境看,建设流程银行,逐渐由部门银行改革为流程银

行是我国银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司目前的一大趋势,这一进程中,业务流程再造是重中之重,是实现

目标的根本途径。从目前A行自身来看,为了获得长远发展,在产品和服务上取得

更大的优势,需要进欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司务流程再造,在业务处理上更有效率,提高客户满意度。

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the domestic

banking industry has made significant progress, but significant drawbacks are also

existing for domestic banking business processes, which need for business process

reengineering and innovation in order to actively adapt to market demands and

enhance core competitiveness force. Constructing process bank from sector bank is

currently a major trend in the banking.This process, business process reengineering

is the most important, is the fundamental way to achieve goals. From the bank A's

current situation, in order to obtain long-term development of products and services

made in the greater advantage,we need business process reengineering to make

business process more efficient to improve customers,s satisfaction,

Firstly,this article studies domestic and foreign banks business process

reengineering theory, understands the necessity and importance of process bank and

business process reengineering,and explain Business process reengineering theory

for this article.

Secondly, this article grasps current status of domestic commercial banks in

BPR aspects based on domestic situation, and also compares with the traditional

model for pros and cons.

Then, As for the current situation and operational management status of Bank A,

it needs repositioning to strategic goals and direction selections under the new

situation, to make furtiier analysis and vision of how to carry on business process

reengineering.

Finally, it make the conclusions and recommendation.This article elaborates the

main content,measures,guarantee and link by exploring how to build efficient

business process reengineering5thereby building new business process,

organizational processes,in order to improve core competitiveness and promote the

overall BPR development for Bank A.
