摘要
随着我国经济体制改革的进行,我国金融市场发展迅速,市场机制越来越完善,
金融市场逐渐繁荣起来,商业银行的经营环境发生了巨大变化,各商业银行间的
竞争也日趋激烈。特别是近年来我国发布了一系列新的政策,对金融市场及银行
业进行了进一步改革和幵放,给商业银行带来了极大的挑战和机遇。商业银行面
对日趋激烈的国际、国内竞争,只有摆脱传统经营方式和经营思想的束缚,对商
业银行的流程进行再造和优化,改变传统的组织结构、业务流程等,才能有效的
利用银行各种有限的资源,提高银行的运营和管理效率,使商业银行在竞争中找
到出路,在竞争中谋取稳定发展。
本文首先对流程优化的相关理论进行理论综述,简述了国内外流程管理理论、
业务流程再造相关理论及业务流程优化的相关理论及方法,并简要总结了银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
务流程优化的相关研究。接着本文对我国中小型商业银行青岛A银行的信贷业务流
程进行了梳理,主要针对A银行的核心流程——信贷业务流程进行流程相关分析及
流程优化:文章首先分析了A银行的现状及流程的现状,从流程标准化、流程衔接
及效率等方面分析了A银行信贷业务流程中存在的问题,并进一步从组织结构、以
客户为中心的理念、绩效管理等方面分析总结了相关问题存在的原因,从提高效
率、提高客户满意度等方面提出了A银行信贷业务流程进行流程优化的必要性;然
后,文章针对A银行信贷业务流程中存在的相关问题,借鉴国内外案例的成功经验,
去芜存菁,对A银行信贷业务流程优化的原则及思路进行总结,根据以客户为中心、
利用IT手段等原则对A银行信贷业务进行了流程优化设计,主要从信贷业务整体流
程、缩短操作流程、控制不同风险、外包审计业务等方面进行了优化设计。最后
针对A银行现状提出了优化组织结构、建立配套机制两方面的信贷业务流程优化的
保障措施。
本文结合业务流程再造及优化的相关理论,吸取国内外流程优化的成功案例的
经验,对A银行核心业务即信贷业务的流程进行优化,将理论与实践相结合进行分
析研究,探索符合市场、客户要求并适应A银行发展现状的信贷业务流程,为A银
行建立一个较为完整的信贷业务流程体系,解决A银行现有流程不通畅、效率低下

等问题,以提高A银行的信贷业务流程的效率,提高A银行的经营效益和核心竞争
力,希望能为我国商业银行的业务流程优化理论的应用与实践,提供有价值的建
议和参考。

With the reform of the economic structure, the finance market is developing rapidly.
As the finance market is becoming more and more well-organized and prosperous, great
changes have taken place in operating environment of commercial banks and the
competition between commercial banks has become fiercer and fiercer. Especially,
commercial banks are faced with great chances and challenges because the new policies
for further reform of the finance market and banks. In order to make full use of the
limited resources and improve the efficiency of banks' operation and management, the
commercial markets have to change traditional ways of operation to reengineer the
business process and change the traditional organization structure and business process.
Then business banks will find a way to develop stably.
Firstly, this paper introduces sorts of business process optimization theories,
including domestic and foreign theories on process management, business process
reengineering and business process optimization, then resumes business process
optimization of banks. Secondly, this article analyses domestic and foreign cases on
process optimization and summarize the revelation of these cases. Thirdly, this paper
takes the Bank A as an example to analyze Bank A,s business process and try to make
some business process optimization: this paper take one chapter to analyze the current
situation of A Bank and its business process, and finds the weaknesses in the business
process from the aspects of process standardization, combination and efficiency. And
this chapter analyzes the reasons of the process weaknesses in terms of organization
structure, customer-centered philosophy and performance management. Then this
chapter proposes the necessity of the process optimization. The next chapter summarize
the principle of A Banlfs business process optimization according to the above analysis
to optimize A Bank's process, which includes optimizing the whole business process,
shortening the operating procedure and controlling different risks. At last, this paper
puts forwards some supporting measures for A Bank's business process optimization
like organization structure optimization and supporting mechanism.
This paper optimize A Bank's credit process in base of the business process
reengineering and optimization theories, learning from domestic and foreign business
