本论文整合了很多学科专业方面的研究方法。采用事实与理论相结合、定性与定
量研究相结合的手段,结合黑龙江省 A 银行示范网点项目的实际情况,从技术和战略
两个层面分析适用于企业自身特点的薪酬体系的设计原则与步骤,为黑龙江省 A 银行
示范网点项目的薪酬合理化、制度化起到很好的指导作用,从而最终明确企业的战略
意图,增强企业在欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司内的竞争力。本论文首先是对薪酬体系在国内外现状的分析,
通过对国内外薪酬体系研究文献的阅读分析,得出薪酬体系设计的大致发展趋势,以
及国内外关于薪酬体系的先进的设计方法。而后是对薪酬体系设计的相关基础理论的
总结概括,从而为后文薪酬体系设计的实际研究提供理论指导。接下来笔者针对具体
实际情况进行概述分析。通过分析得出企业在薪酬体系上存在的问题,为下文的薪酬
体系设计提供实时材料依据。而后是对薪酬体系进行具体设计,主要是薪酬体系设计
基本原则、设计流程以及分类的设计。最后是企业薪酬体系应用对策,目的是通过措
施的制定使薪酬体系更加合理和完善。
本论文研究的主要目的是通过对黑龙江省 A 银行示范网点项目薪酬体系的设计,
改进黑龙江省 A 银行示范网点项目薪酬管理方面存在的各种问题,从而提高员工的凝
聚力和向心力,增强黑龙江省 A 银行的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司竞争力。

Abstract
A Bank in Hei Longjiang continues to accelerate capacity building, improve the
management level since its foundation,and have finished the initial realization of
standardization and modernization, but as the business continues to expand, enrich product
system, A bank in Hei Longjiang gradually expose the transition to a modern commercial
bank suited. Therefore, in the fierce competition to win a place in society, A Bank in Hei
Longjiang raised demonstration project designed to improve the management level, and
enhance service efficiency, increase employee awareness of the initiative and enthusiasm.
Demonstration sites project workers compensation management is a top priority, but also
paper studies the content. How scientific and rational design of a suitable business
development needs immediate scientific and reasonable compensation system demonstration
sites project is an urgent need to solve the problem.
This paper integrates the research methods of many disciplines. The fact and theory, the
combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, combined with the actual
situation of A Bank in Hei Longjiang analysis design rules and procedures applicable to
enterprises of their own characteristics and compensation system from two levels of
technology and strategy, the demonstration sites project of A Bank in Hei Longjiang salary
rationalization, institutionalization play very good guidance function the intent, finally to
achieve the strategy of the enterprise, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the
industry. This paper first analyzes the present situation of the salary system at home and
abroad, through to the domestic and foreign research on the salary system of literature
reading and analysis, draws the general development trend of compensation system design,
as well as the domestic and foreign about the salary system of the advanced design method.
Then the basic theory related to the pay system design is summarized, which provide for the
theoretical guidance for the practical study of salary system design of A Bank in Hei
Longjiang. Then the author of A Bank in Hei Longjiang actual situation are summarized.
Through the analysis of the existing salary system in enterprises, to provide real-time
material basis for salary system design of the following. Then the design of the
compensation system of A bank in Hei Longjiang in detail, the design is the main design
principle, design process and the classification of the postal savings of compensation system
in Hei Longjiang. Finally is the enterprise salary system application strategy, the purpose is
through measures that A Bank in Hei Longjiang system more reasonable and perfect.
The main purpose of this research is through the design of the postal savings of
compensation system in Hei Longjiang, A Bank in Hei Longjiang improvements in various
problems of human resources management, so as to improve the credit staff cohesion and
centripetal force, enhance the competitiveness of credit cooperatives.
