本文通过调查问卷分析了 A供电公司劳务派遣用工管理存在的伦理问题及其产
生原因,结合公司的实际情况提出了公司劳务派遣用工管理应该遵循的一般伦理原
则,并从强化管理者和员工的伦理素质,夯实伦理管理的思想基础;建立合乎伦理的
制度体系,形成伦理管理的制度保障;通过借鉴西方先进经验、实施伦理关怀、伦理
激励等有效途径加强劳务派遣用工伦理管理;重视劳务派遣立法和监管,优化伦理管
理的社会环境等四个方面提出了解决劳务派遣用工伦理问题的对策。
本文研究的成果能对A供电公司及其他采用劳务派遣用工形式的企业实施劳务
派遣用工伦理管理、解决劳务派遣用工存在的各种问题提供借鉴作用,对构建和谐劳
动关系,实现劳务派遣工与企业共同发展起到促进作用。

Abstract
This paper studies A Power Supply Company's ethical issues of labor dispatch,
expects to find out the ethical problems in labor dispatch management, analyzes it from the
perspective of human resource management ethics and provides effective solutions.
This paper analyzes the ethical problems of A Power Supply Company and the causes
of labor dispatch management through questionnaires, puts forward the general principles
of ethics which labor dispatch management should follow by combining with the actual
situation of the company,and provides the following 4 solutions : strengthening the
ideological foundation of ethical management through enhancing the managers' and
employees' ethical quality; establishing the ethical system and form ethical management
rules and regulations; establishing effective ways of labor dispatch management by taking
advanced western experience, implementing ethical caring, and using ethical incentive
scheme; optimizing the social environment of ethical management by paying much
attention to labor dispatch legislation and regulatory.
The result of this paper provides guideline for solving different problems existing in A
Power Supply Company and other companies that adopt labor dispatch, it also helps the
company construct harmonious labor relationship,encourages the employees and company
to achieve common development.
