Days Inn China Hardware Audit Instructions 1.Summary 1.1 At least one audit per year; 1.2 Hotel will be notified in writing 10 days before audit, hotel must accept the audit except for special reasons; 1.3 Hotel general manager and on-duty manager must attend the audit; 1.4 Audit consultant must be the regular staff of Days Inn China; 1.5 3-star hotel, suites and business hotel need 1 day audit; 4 star and 5 star hotel need 2 days audit; 1.6 Audit consultant will present the audit result to hotel general manager, and discuss; 1.7 Complete audit electronic report will be sent to hotel 10 days after audit 2.Cost Borned by Hotel 2.1 Provide round trip air ticket Provide one complimentary room to audit consultant Provide free meals to audit consultant Incidental charges When the audit result is "fail", or hotel refuses to cooperate with audit consultant, or fails to reach DICs audit standard, hotel will be charged 5000RMB for a second time audit, and must attend "Brand Standard and Hardware Audit" course 2.2 certified by DIC 2.3 All the hotels are responsible for attending hardware audit Please read the information below carefully before starting the brand hardware audit: 1、The audit list below complies with DIC brand operation standard 2、The audit list is consist of 11 main parts: 1) 2) License and certificate hotel must have before opening Hotel exterior 3) Hotel lobby 4) Rooms 5) F&B 6) Staff grooming minimum standards Maintenance program Safety and security Kitchen sanitation and safety minimum standard Wyndham Rewards Visual identity 7) 8) 9) 10) 11) 3、Two audit methods: a. b.
