Abstract
culture construction lag. In this regard, this paper formulated the optimization measures of the
incentive mechanism according to the existing problems, and further improved the scientific
nature and effectiveness of the incentive mechanism for the existing young skilled employees of
T Company.
This paper takes the young skilled employees of T Company as an endogenous variable,
and empirically explains their inner activities and their response to the incentive mechanism,
further finds the incentive needs of the young skilled employees of T Company, explains the
logical starting point of the incentive mechanism optimization of the young skilled employees
of T Company, and converts the previous abstract and principled requirements into specific
work, which is highly operational, It will not only help T Company accelerate the promotion of
the optimization of the incentive mechanism for young skilled employees, and continuously
improve the overall human resources management level of the enterprise, but also may provide
some valuable references for enterprises with the same needs.
