JNYG 公司是一家快速发展的综合性煤化工民营企业。随着市场规模的不断扩
大,公司原有的激励制度不能有效激发员工工作的积极性和主动性,人力资源管理上
存在的问题,特别是人才流失、管理人员缺乏等日益突出,这不仅给企业增加了招聘
和培训等许多额外的经营成本,还在一定程度上破坏了企业的向心力和凝聚力,产品
的生产和销售及新产品的研发都受到了不良影响,极大的制约了企业成长和发展的进
程。因此,为了防止制约公司发展的因素进一步蔓延,在深入了解 JNYG 公司员工激
励机制现状的基础上,研究适应 JNYG 公司发展的员工激励机制优化方案,对当前的
JNYG 公司而言具有重要的战略意义

本文以 JNYG 公司的激励机制为研究对象,广泛查阅国内外的相关文献,并对这
些文献进行详细的评述,获得全面的研究欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司。在此基础之上,本文将采用问卷调查
的方式对该公司员工进行调查,运用 Excel 对所收集的数据进行统计分析,从员工工
作分配、员工职业生涯规划、按资排辈、员工培训教育等几个方面探讨该公司员工激
励机制现状,并分析在员工激励机制上存在的问题,进一步讨论形成这些问题的原因

本文将所分析结果归纳总结为绩效管理体系不完善、考核与沟通失衡、薪酬福利机制
不健全、对精神激励重视不够这四个方面的原因。最后,针对 JNYG 公司员工激励机
制存在的问题及原因的全面分析,本文结合激励理论和该公司的实际情况制定了符合
公司特点的员工激励机制优化方案,主要从薪酬福利、绩效考核、员工发展、企业文
化四个方面加以阐述,促进 JNYG 公司的激励机制改善,同时对其他类似公司员工激
励机制的优化与设计提供借鉴和帮助,并力图进一步推进和丰满激励理论

ABSTRACT
JNYG company as a vigorously developing coal chemical industry integrated
enterprise, is in fierce competition in the industry environment. With the expansion of the
size of the market, the company&39;s original incentive system can not effectively stimulate
staff&39;s work enthusiasm and initiative and the existing problems in human resource
management, especially the brain drain and the lack of the management is increasingly
outstanding. This not only increases the recruitment and training to the enterprise operating
costs and many other additional, also to a certain extent, undermined the centripetal force
and cohesion of the enterprise. The production and sales of product, and new product
research and development are affected, greatly restricting the process of enterprise growth
and development. Therefore, in order to prevent further deterioration of the current
situation, in the thorough understanding of JNYG company employees incentive
mechanism on the basis of the status quo, research to adapt JNYG staff incentive
mechanism optimization scheme for the development of the company has important
strategic significance for the current JNYG company.
This paper takes JNYG company&39;s incentive mechanisms as the research object,
referring to the related literature at home and abroad widely and analyzing them in detail to
obtain the comprehensive research data. On this basis, this article will adopt the way of
questionnaire to survey the company staff, using the Excel to statistical analysis of the data
collected from employees, staff career planning, distribution of the work according to
seniority, staff training and education and so on several aspects to discuss the company&39;s
employees incentive mechanism present situation, and analysis of existing problems to
further discuss the cause of these problems. The analyzed results can be summarized for
four reasons: the imperfect performance management system, emphasize on evaluation but
lighten communication, salary welfare system is not sound, and not enough attention to
inspire. Finally, aiming at the problems of the JNYG staff incentive mechanism and the
comprehensive analysis of causes, based on the incentive theory and the actual situation of
the company in accordance with the characteristics of the company employees incentive
mechanism optimization, this paper put forward concrete staff incentive mechanism
optimization scheme respectively from four aspects--the salary and benefits, performance

staff&39;s work enthusiasm and initiative, provide reference and help for the optimization and
design of other similar companies&39; employees incentive , and try to further advance and
enrich incentive theory.
