Abstract the development of science and technology incubator in the city, and on this basis, focuses on the research and analysis of the performance of science and technology incubator enterprises in A city of S province. The paper has used DEA method for research and analysis, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high quality development of science and technology incubator. In this paper, data envelopment analysis (DEA) method is applied to establish a relatively perfect performance evaluation index system of science and technology business incubator. The input and output of the incubator can be analyzed according to the designed indicators. In this way, the performance of science and technology business incubator in A city of S Province is comprehensively and deeply evaluated. The data in this paper mainly comes from the statistical data of Torch Center in 2022. Through scientific data sorting and model calculation, the incubation efficiency and scale efficiency of science and technology business incubators in A city of S Province are analyzed and studied, and the ranking of science andtechnology incubators in the city is made.
