西安建筑科技大学专业学位硕士论文 专 业:工商管理（MBA） 硕士生:陈琳 指导教师:高旭阔教授 摘要 随着国内建设项目竞争的加剧,我国施工企业走出国门承揽跨国项目成为常 态。跨国项目的实施过程中,建设周期相对较长、建设环境相对复杂,可能遇到的 风险因素增多。特别是对于初次涉足跨国项目的施工企业,在新环境中如何科学识 别各项风险，有效地开展风险管理工作,遏制风险事故的发生,最终达到规避或者 减少项目损失,对提升项目经济效益具有很重要的现实意义。 本文以国有企业 JK公司在安哥拉以施工总承包业务模式实施的“桥梁项目风 险管理”为分析研究对象，首先介绍了国内与国外风险管理研究发展现状，在详 细深入调查 JK公司安哥拉桥梁项目所面临的潜在风险因素的基础上,综合运用调 查走访、查阅文献、专家咨询等方法建立了 JK公司安哥拉桥梁项目风险清单；其 次,建立了 JK公司安哥拉桥梁项目风险评价指标体系，构建了 JK公司安哥拉桥梁 项目风险评价模型,评价了风险等级，最后提出了风险应对方案。 通过模型的计算分析可得, JK公司安哥拉桥梁项目社会风险对风险管理影响 最大,指标层中对风险管理影响最大的依次是语言障碍风险、材料价格上涨风险、 管理能力风险、分类管理风险，盗抢风险、应急管理风险、技术水平风险，这和 项目的具体情况基本一致。项目风险评价等级为高,需要根据评价结果对各风险因 素进行重点应对。 关键词:桥梁项目；风险识别；风险评价；风险应对 西安建筑科技大学专业学位硕士论文 Research on Risk Management of JK Companys Angola Bridge Project Specialty:Business Administration(MBA) Author:Chen Lin Supervisor:Professor Gao Xukuo ABSTRACT With the intensification of competition in domestic construction projects, it has become a norm for Chinese construction enterprises to go abroad and undertake cross-border projects.
