分类号 密 级 U D C 学校代码 专业硕士学位论文 昆明 DJ投资有限公司发展战略研究 Research on Development Strategy of Kunming DJ Investment Co., LTD 姓名：吴畏 导 师（职称）：钟昌标（教授） 申 请 学 位 类别： 专业硕士 专业： 工商管理 研究方 向： 发展战略 学院（中心、所）：商学院 论文完成时间：2023年 6月 6日 摘要 摘要 国有企业是中国国民经济建设的中坚力量，是我国特色社会主义的重要支柱 产业，其在国民经济和人民生活中起着重要作用。党的十八大公报认为：推动企 业的改革与发展，从总体上提高经营企业的积极性和对国有经济的管理能力，对 完善社会主义市场经济体制，推动国家经济发展，提高人民群众生活水平，维持 比较稳定团结的政策格局，巩固社会主义体制，都有着非常重大的作用。 本文的研究对象昆明 DJ投资公司是一家区级国有独资企业，主营业务为工 业园区建设及运营，在当前党和国家对国有企业加大改革力度的前提下，企业管 理者应该舍弃原有的思维及模式，跳出传统经营模式的桎梏，认真对企业开展深 入剖析，积极开展探索，为企业指明发展方向及目标，并提出相应的发展战略保 障措施。 本文以 DJ公司研究为主要调查对象，首先对企业战略及相关理论以及相关 方法、工具进行分析，运用 PEST分析法、波特五力模型对DJ公司外部环境进 行了初步分析，使用 SWOT模型分析企业在后续发展转型中存在的优势、劣势、 将要面临的机遇及威胁，通过上述分析，结合公司自身实际状况，确定了 DJ公 司的发展战略，最后对 DJ公司发展战略的实施，制定保障性措施，以期为其他 国有企业的发展和转型升级提供借鉴，对地方国企的改革提供参考。 关键词：国企改革公司经营困难内外部分析发展战略战略实施 I Abstract Abstract State-ownedenterprisesarethebackboneofChinas nationaleconomic construction and an important pillar industry of socialism with Chinese characteristics. They playanimportant rolein thenationaleconomy andpeoples life.The communique of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China holds that: promoting the reform and development of enterprises, improving the enthusiasm of enterprises and the management ability of state-owned economy on the whole, plays a very important rolein perfecting the socialist market economic system, promoting the development of national economy, improving the living standards of the people, maintaining a relatively stable and united policy pattern, and consolidating the socialist system. The research objectof this paper, Kunming DJInvestment Company, is a district-level state-owned enterprise, whose main business is the construction and operation of industrial parks. Under the premise that the Party a
