息技术也将迎来新轮发展机遇，同时，进入信息技术欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的竞争者也会越来越 多。机遇与挑战俱在，企业该如何调整战略，保持竞争优势，将事关公司的生存 与友展。 （） 本文以S信息技术公司下称S公司为研究对象，运用战略管理相关知 识，探宄其当前环境下的竞争战略。首先，通过pEST和五力膒头直鸱治鲂畔? 技术欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的宏观环境以及欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司环境，梳理出机遇有：国家战略性产业，发展前景 广阔；国家宏观政策法规支持；欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司补贴和税收优惠；新技术为欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司发展带来新 。： 机会存在的挑战或威胁为产业融合应用项目前期投入产出失衡；技术和产品 。 研发及更新风险；新兴领域人才供给不足；全球竞争激烈基于以上的机遇和威 。
