民办教育是社会力量独立建立的一种教育形式,为教育现代化作出了积极
贡献,培养了一大批优秀的应用型技术人才,成为中国社会主义教育的重要组
成部分。在民办高等教育的深化发展中,人才频繁流失的问题逐渐暴露出来。
当今知识经济时代,人才资源就是学校的核心资源,教学质量是学校发展进步
的坚实基础。建立一支数量充足、结构合理的“双师型”人才队伍,对促进民
办高校的长期可持续发展具有关键作用。A民办高校是广东省一所典型的民办高
职院校。近年来,面临着严重的人才流失困境。基于此,本文以 A民办高校为
案例,对民办高校人才流失问题及对策进行了研究。
本文主要采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法等科学研究方法。第一,
对关于民办高校人才流失的影响因素、改善措施等国内外研究相关文献和定义
概念进行了汇总整理;第二,对 A民办高校人才流失现状进行阐述及开展问卷
调查和访谈;第三,根据调查结果,从内外部环境两个方面分析了 A民办高校
人才流失的原因;最后,提出了改善 A民办高校人才流失的对策。总的来说,
将人才流失理论与 A民办高校人才流失现状相结合进行研究,不仅丰富了人才
流失的研究领域,也为 A民办高校及类似民办高校针对人才流失问题提供了解
决思路,具有理论和实践价值。

Abstract
Abstract
Private education is a form of education independently established by social
forces. It has made positive contributions to the modernization of education, trained a
large number of excellent applied technical personnel, and become an important part
of China's socialist education. In the deepening development of private higher
education, the problem of frequent brain drain has gradually come to light. Nowadays,
in the era of knowledge economy, talent resources are the core resources of schools,
and teaching quality is the solid foundation for the development and progress of
schools. The establishment of a "double-qualified" talent team with sufficient quantity
and reasonable structure plays a key role in promoting the long-term sustainable
development of private colleges and universities. A private college is a typical private
higher vocational college in Guangdong Province. In recent years, private colleges
and universities are facing a serious dilemma of brain drain. Based on this, this paper
takes A private college as a case to study the problem and countermeasures of brain
drain in private colleges and universities.
This paper mainly adopts literature research method, questionnairesurvey
method, interviewmethod and otherscientific researchmethods. Firstly, the
influencing factors and improvement measures of the brain drain of private colleges
and universities at home and abroad related literature and definition concepts were
summarized. Second, the current situation of brain drain in private colleges and
universities of A was elaborated and questionnaires and interviews were carried out.
Third, according to the survey results, from the internal and external environment two
aspects of the analysis of A private colleges brain drain reasons; Finally, the paper
puts forward some countermeasures to improve the brain drain of A private colleges
and universities. In general, the combination of brain drain theory and the current
situation of brain drain in A private colleges and universities not only enrich the
research field of brain drain, but also provides solutions to the problem of brain drain
