摘要
随着全球经济活动的持续增长,物流欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司在过往迎来了快速的发展,良好
的欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司发展态势进一步促进龙头企业规模快速增长,物流企业对人才的需求日
益潜力。这样的需求不仅在于人才引进的需求,更是在于人才识别,人才培养,
梯队建设的需求。人才盘点作为实现人才识别培养,进而赋能人才管理与发展
的重要人力资源工具与举措,逐渐受到企业的重视与采用。
Z公司作为华南地区物流欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司的龙头企业之一,经过多年的发展与培育,
有着深厚的物流人才储备。为了能在庞大的员工群体中识别高潜人才,进而推
动人才的高效管理。 Z公司在内部推行了人才盘点机制,但是盘点效果并不明
显,甚至在员工中产生负面声音。
为解决上述问题,本文以 Z公司为研究案例。首先基于Z公司现有欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司环
境剖析战略需求,明确人才需求。其次通过材料分析,调研访谈,文献研究等
方法,对 Z公司在人才盘点中存在的问题进行深入的分析与研究。基于分析找
到的问题,围绕盘点目标,盘点工具,盘点流程,盘点结果应用四个方面提出
改进方案,研究构建一套有助于推动Z公司实现人才需求的人才盘点工作方法
论,并提出了人才文化导向建设,人才盘点工作队伍以及人力资源信息化建设
三项保障措辞。以此探索形成一套有针对性,有适用性,对人才管理与企业战
略有支撑作用的人才盘点机制。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous growth of global economic activities, the logistics industry has
ushered in rapid development in the past. The good development trend of the industry further
promotes the rapid growth of the scale of leading enterprises, and the demand for talents of
logistics enterprises is increasing potential. Such demand not only lies in the demand for
talent introduction, but also in the demand for talent identification, talent training and echelon
construction. As an important human resource tool and measure to realize talent identification
and training, and then enable talent management and development, talent inventory has
gradually been valued and adopted by enterprises.
