摘 要
平台型电商企业为买卖双方商务活动提供一个平台,平台型电商企业物流系统是
一个复杂的整体系统,物流系统各环节显现出一系列不充分、不成熟、不完善、不规
范、不协调等问题。物流系统是运输、配送、仓储、包装、流通加工、信息处理等一
系列环节,物流运输、仓储、配送、信息等资源分割,服务能力弱,平台型电商企业
物流系统中各子系统之间缺乏协同,物流系统整体规划需要深入研究。
借助物理学中耦合度概念,利用耦合度模型,使得子系统耦合后整个系统更为合
理,功能更强,但耦合度只能说明要素之间的相互作用,不能反映协同程度的高低,
引入耦合协同模型则可以弥补这一缺陷,将协同度阶段划分为竞争—协作、协作—协
调、协调—协同三个阶段,又可以具体划分为独立竞争、初级协作、良好协作、初级
耦合协调、中级耦合协调、良好耦合协调、初级耦合协同、中级耦合协同、良好耦合
协同、优质耦合协同十个类型。
以平台型电商 J企业为研究对象,选取协同度相关指标数据,分析企业物流系统
协同演化过程,实例分析物流运输、仓储、配送、信息子系统有序度及耦合度,构建
协同模型。通过平台型电商 J企业物流系统协同指标数据计算得出系统协同值,并进
行分级评价研究,得出研究结论:运输子系统协调性后期不明显,需要加强运输子系
统建设;信息子系统前期优势不明显,应继续发挥信息技术优势;仓配一体化尤为重
要,应重视仓配一体化建设。从而为运输子系统、仓储子系统、配送子系统、信息子
系统提出优化措施,以达到提升物流系统效率,降低物流成本,提高物流系统质量,
实现企业价值增值,提高企业整体竞争力的目的。最终使得平台型电商企业物流系统
朝着智慧化、一体化、协同化方向发展,为平台型电商企业物流系统协同发展提供科
学理论依据。

Abstract
Platform-based e-commerceenterprises providea platformfor the
businessactivitiesofbuyersandsellers.Thelogisticssystemof
platform-based e-commerce enterprises is a complex overall system. Each link
of the logistics system shows a series of inadequate, immature, imperfect,
irregular, and uncoordinated systems. And other issues. The logistics system is
a series of links such as transportation, distribution, warehousing, packaging,
circulation processing, and information processing. The resources of logistics
transportation, warehousing, distribution, and information are divided, service
capabilities are weak, and the various subsystems of the platform-based
e-commerce enterprise logistics system Lack of collaboration, the overall
planning of the logistics system requires in-depth study.
With the help of the concept of coupling degree in physics and the use of
coupling degree model, the overall system after subsystem coupling is more
reasonable and has stronger functions. However, coupling degree can only
explain the interaction between elements, and cannot reflect the degree of
collaboration. Coupling is introduced The collaboration model can make up
for this shortcoming by dividing the degree of collaboration into three phases:
competition-cooperation,collaboration-coordination,coordination-coordination,
and canbe specificallydivided into independentcompetition, primary
collaboration,goodcollaboration,primarycouplingcoordination,and
intermediate coupling. There are ten types of coordination, good coupling
coordination,primarycouplingcoordination,intermediatecoupling
coordination,goodcouplingcoordination,andhigh-qualitycoupling
coordination.
Taking the platform-based e-commerce company J as the research object,
select the relevant index data of the degree of collaboration, analyze the
collaborative evolution process of the enterprise logistics system, and analyze
the orderand coupling degreeof logistics transportation, warehousing,
distribution, and information subsystems to construct a collaboration model.
Through the calculation of the collaborative index data of the platform-based
e-commerce J enterprise logistics system, the system collaboration value is
