企业家社会资本对企业高质量发展的影响：企业家精神的中
介与制度环境的调节
摘要
转变经济发展方式必须着眼于微观主体企业，只有企业实现高质量发展才能真正
推动经济增长方式转变。企业家是企业战略的最终决策者、生产要素的整合者和经营
过程中重要创新者，决定着企业未来的发展方向。但企业家个体的某些行为并不是随
机产生的，受其自身积累的关系网络的影响，这种关系网络又构成了企业家特有的社
会资本，社会资本持有者可以通过企业家精神实现资源向能力转化，最终实现高质量
发展。同时，企业经营活动离不开自身所处的制度环境，企业是否实现高质量发展与
其所处的制度环境密切相关。
基于此，本文从企业家层面的社会资本角度分析其对企业高质量发展的影响。主
要探究以下几个问题：（1）企业家社会资本会对企业高质量发展产生怎样的影响？其
中的影响机制是怎样的？（2）企业家社会资本能否通过培育企业家精神来促进企业高
质量发展？（3）制度环境、企业所有权、企业规模差异将导致上述影响产生什么变化？
为解决以上问题，本文将企业家社会资本分为企业家商业社会资本、制度社会资
本及技术社会资本，探究其究竟对企业高质量发展产生何种影响，并分析了企业家精
神的中介作用及制度环境的调节作用。结合规范研究法提出 9个研究假设，以
2015-2019年 A股上市的制造业企业为研究样本，进行了相关研究。研究发现：（1）
企业家商业社会资本、制度社会资本及技术社会资本均对企业高质量发展具有正向影
响；（2）企业家精神在企业家制度社会资本与企业高质量发展间起到部分中介作用，
而在企业家技术社会资本与企业高质量发展间存在遮掩效应；（3）企业所处的制度环
境越好，企业家制度社会资本、商业社会资本对企业高质量发展的负向影响越强；（4）
企业所有权性质与企业规模在“企业家社会资本——企业高质量发展”间存在异质性。
本研究丰富了社会资本理论和企业家精神理论，为企业高质量发展提供了有价值的思
路。

THE INFLUENCE OF ENTREPRENEURIAL SOCIAL
CAPITAL ON HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT OF
ENTREPRISES: MEDIATING OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
AND THE MODERATING EFFECT OF INSTITUTIONAL
ENVIRONMENT
ABSTRACT
The transformation of economic development mode must focus on the micro main
enterprises, onlyenterprises achieve high-qualitydevelopment cantruly promotethe
transformation of economic growth mode. Entrepreneurs are the final decision-maker of
enterprise strategy, the integrator of production factors and the important innovator in the
process ofoperation, and determinethe futuredevelopment direction ofenterprises.
However,some behaviorsofindividualentrepreneursarenot randomlygenerated.
Influenced by theirown accumulated relationship network,such relationship network
constitutes the unique social capital of entrepreneurs. Social capital holders can realize the
transformation from resources to capabilities through entrepreneurship, and finally achieve
high-quality development. At the same time,the business activities of enterprises are
inseparablefromtheirowninstitutionalenvironment,whetherenterprisesachieve
high-quality development is closely related to the institutional environment.
Based on this, this paper analyzes the impact of social capital on the high quality
development of enterprises from the perspective of entrepreneurs. The following questions
are mainly explored:(1) what isthe impact of entrepreneurialsocial capital onthe
high-quality development of enterprises? What are the influencing mechanisms? (2) Can
entrepreneurial social capital promote high-quality development of enterprises by fostering
entrepreneurship?(3)What changeswillbecausedbydifferences ininstitutional
environment, ownership nature and size of enterprises?
In order to solve the above problems, this paper divides entrepreneur social capital into

entrepreneur commercial social capital, institutional social capital and technological social
capital, explores its impact on the high-quality development of enterprises, and analyzes the
intermediary role of entrepreneurship and the regulation role of institutional environment.
Combined with the normative research method, this paper puts forward nine research
hypotheses, and takes the manufacturing enterprises listed in A-share market from 2015 to
2019 as the research sample. The results show that: (1) Entrepreneurial business social
capital, institutional social capital and technological social capital have a positive impact on
thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofenterprises;(2)Entrepreneurshipplaysapartial
intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial institutional social capital and
highquality developmentofenterprises,while thereisamasking effectbetween
entrepreneurial technological social capital and high quality development of enterprises; (3)
The better the institutional environment the firm is in, the stronger the negative impact of
entrepreneurial institutional social capital and commercial social capital on the high-quality
development of the firm; (4) Thereis heterogeneity between the nature of enterprise
ownership andthesize ofenterprise in"entrepreneur socialcapital-- high-quality
developmentofenterprise".Thisstudyenrichesthe theoryofsocialcapitaland
entrepreneurship and provides valuable ideas for improving the high-quality development of
enterprises.
