摘要
疫情之下,家庭个人和个体工商业户的生产经营活动受到了较大的冲击,为提
振经济士气,增强对民生领域的金融支持,发展银行零售业务的作用尤为关键。近
年来,HB银行聚焦零售转型,进行了一系列的业务创新,但其与四大国有银行及经
营较为优良商业银行相比,仍然着存在较大差距。为此,本文在梳理现有研究文献
的基础上,采用文献研究法、案例分析法和实地调研法对 HB银行零售业务营销情
况进行研究。
文章首先介绍了 HB银行的基本情况以及 HB银行零售业务的营销策略现状,通
过访谈、问卷调查等方式找出 HB银行零售业务营销策略存在着零售产品个性化不
足、促销方式拘泥于传统、营业网点有形展示水平不均衡等方面的问题,并逐一分
析问题产生的原因,为优化营销策略奠定基础。从宏观和微观两个方面入手对HB
银行零售业务营销环境进行分析,运用 SWOT工具对 HB银行的零售业务进行交叉
分析,并利用 7Ps营销理论,围绕产品、定价、渠道等七个方面对营销策略进行了
优化,并针对策略内容优化人力资源配置保障、加强营销费用保障和技术保障。
本文通过对 HB银行零售业务营销策略进行研究,可以帮助其发现自身不足并
提出优化和保障方案,对其零售业务的进一步发展具有指导意义,同时,也在一定
程度上对我国零售银欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司务的营销策略研究方面有所帮助。

Abstract
Under the epidemic,the production and businessactivities of households and
individual industrial and commercial households have been greatly impacted. In order to
boost economic morale andenhance financial support for people'slivelihood, the
development of bank retail business is particularly critical. In recent years, HB Bank has
focused on retail transformation and carried out a series of business innovations. However,
there is still a big gap between HB Bank and the four major state-owned banks and
commercial banks with better operation. On the basis of sorting out the existing research
literature, this paper adopts literature research method, case analysis method and field
research method to study the retail business marketing situation of HB Bank.
Firstly, I introduces the basic situation of HB bank and the status of the marketing
strategy retail business of HB bank. I use the interview and questionnaire survey methods
to find the problems of HB bank retail business marketing strategies such as Lack of
personalized retail products, stuck to the traditional promotion methods, and imbalance of
the physical display level of business outlets, then analyze the reasons, Lay the foundation
for optimizing the marketing strategy.Secondly, SWOT tool is used to conduct cross
analysis of HB Bank's retail business, while analyzing the marketing environment of HB
Bank's retail business from macro and micro aspects, then 7Ps marketing theory is used to
optimize the marketing strategy from seven aspects, such as product, pricing, channel, etc.
And optimize the human resource allocation guarantee, strengthen the marketing cost
guarantee and technical guarantee according to the strategy content.
By studying the marketing strategies of retail business of HB Bank, this paper can help
HB bank to find its own shortcomings and propose optimization and safeguard scheme,
which can guide significance for the further development of its retail business. At the same
time, it is also helpful to the research of the marketin.
