摘要 冷链物流是生鲜农产品运输的重要方式，其中肉制品运输尤为重要，冷
链物流是保证肉制品质量安全、减少腐坏的有效措施，因此肉制品加工企业的冷链
物流管理显得尤为重要。在企业的冷链物流活动中，供应链涉及冷链物流各个环节，
而冷链物流企业如若缺少供应链，将在市场竞争中无法具备优势。A公司是一家主
营肉制品加工的企业，本文以 A 公司为典型案例，从供应链视角对目前 A 公司冷
链物流管理现状进行研究分析，同时结合相关概念和理论基础，探讨 A 公司冷链
物流管理运作方式，并对其存在的问题进行深入分析，提出冷链物流管理优化方案，
降低企业成本，提升企业运营效率，增强企业核心竞争力。
本文立足于 A 公司冷链物流管理运行情况，通过问卷和访谈调查方式发现企
业存在的问题，根据调查结果，A公司冷链物流管理主要有冷链物流体系标准、冷
链物流成本管控、冷链仓储管理和配送体系、冷链物流信息共享机制等问题。针对
问题提出冷链物流管理优化方案，最后对优化方案制定相应的保障措施，具体从供
应链战略保障、物流人才资源保障、财务保障、内控制度保障四个方面实施。
本文期望通过以A公司为样本，研究提出冷链物流管理优化方案，有助于提升
企业冷链物流整体运营效率，减少产品损耗，降低产品流通成本，促进企业健康、
可持续发展，其相关研究数据和成果对同类企业也有借鉴和参考价值。

Abstract
Research on the Optimization of A Company's Cold Chain
Logistics Management from the Perspective of Supply

Abstract: Cold chain logistics is an important way to transport fresh agricultural
products, especially meat products. Cold chain logistics is an effective measure to ensure
the quality safety of meat products and reduce corruption. Therefore, the cold chain
logistics management of meat processing enterprises is particularly important. In the cold
chain logistics activities of enterprises, the supply chain involves all aspects of the cold
chain logistics. If the cold chain logistics enterprises lack the supply chain, they will not
have advantages in the market competition. Company A is an enterprise mainly engaged
in meat products processing. This paper takes Company A as a typical case, and studies
and analyzes the current status of cold chain logistics management of Company A from
the perspective of supply chain. At the same time, it discusses the operation mode of cold
chain logistics management of Company A in combination with relevant concepts and
theoretical foundations, and deeply analyzes its existing problems. It puts forward the
optimization scheme of cold chain logistics management to reduce enterprise costs and
improve enterprise operation efficiency, Enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
Based on the operation of cold chain logistics management of Company A, this paper
found problems in the enterprise through questionnaires and interviews. According to the
survey results, the cold chain logistics management of Company A mainly includes cold
chain logistics system standards, cold chain logistics cost management and control, cold
chain storage management and distribution system, cold chain logistics information
sharing mechanism and other issues. Put forward the optimization plan of cold chain
logistics management for the problem, and finally formulate corresponding safeguard
measures for the optimization plan, specifically from four aspects of supply chain
