摘 要
近年来,国内在线教育培训服务类互联网公司数量逐年增多,相关从业人
员数量也在连年攀升。在线培训教育产业在高速发展的同时,也面对同质化竞争
异常激烈的挑战。相关企业所面临的最主要挑战是如何“活下去”并快速冲出重
围。人才是企业生存发展的命脉,希望公司在残酷的竞争中取得有利地位,就必
须留住更多优秀的管理和技术人才。对员工科学公平地进行绩效考核,对工作优
劣好坏进行中肯公正的评价,不仅可以有效增强工作积极性,提高工作效率,更
能提升员工归属感,从而为公司创造更高效益。因此,构建系统完善的绩效管理
体系对企业的长期良性发展,就显得尤为重要。
YKD 公司是一家互联网在线教育机构,面对异常激烈的市场竞争,企业原
有的绩效管理模式在实践中效果不佳,以至于直接影响公司发展势头。基于
BSC 重塑公司的绩效管理体系,把公司总体战略规划和内部绩效管理有机融合
在一起,真正实现了全面提升公司绩效,提高公司竞争力水平的目的。文章首先
对国内在线教育欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司进行了分析,详细阐述在案例企业中推进绩效管理的重要
性;并通过查阅大量文献,了解绩效管理的主流理论、实证分析案例及科学研究
方法,为针对 YKD 公司绩效管理方案的优化奠定理论基础。其次,通过对
YKD 公司绩效管理情况的实况调研,针对性找出其在绩效管理中存在的问题,
并科学分析了问题产生原因。最后,结合 BSC 以绩效管理循环为基础重构了一
套动态有效的绩效管理体系,并提出相应的保障措施,帮助 YKD 公司解决绩效
管理中存在的问题,同时也为同类企业构建绩效管理体系提供了新思路和理论依
据。

ABSTRACT
In recent years, the number of domestic online education and training service
Internet companies is increasing year by year, and the number of relevant employees is
also rising year by year. With the rapid development of online training and education
industry, it also faces the challenge of homogenization and fierce competition. The
main challenge for the companies involved is how to "survive" and quickly break out
of the siege. Talent is the lifeblood of the survival and development of enterprises. If
enterprises want to gain advantages from the fierce and cruel competition environment,
they must retain more excellent management and technical talents. Scientific and fair
performance assessment of employees and impartial evaluation of the merits and
demerits of their work can not only effectively enhance the enthusiasm of employees,
but also improve their work efficiency and create high benefits for the company.
Therefore, it is particularly important to build a systematic and perfect performance
management system for the long-term benign development of enterprises.
YKD Company is an Internet online education institution. In the face of
extremely fierce market competition, the original performance management mode of
the enterprise is not effective in practice, which directly affects the development
momentum of the company. Based on BSC to reshape the company;s performance
management system, the company;s overall strategic planning and internal
performance management organic integration together, truly achieve the purpose of
comprehensively improving the company;s performance, improve the level of
competitiveness of the company. Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic online
education industry and elaborates the importance of performance management in case
enterprises. And through consulting a large number of literature, to understand the
mainstream theory of performance management, empirical analysis cases and
scientific research methods, to lay a theoretical foundation for the optimization of
performance management program for YKD company. Secondly, through the actual
investigation of the performance management of YKD company, the existing problems
in performance management are found out, and the causes of the problems are
analyzed scientifically. Finally, a dynamic and effective performance management
system is reconstructed based on the performance management cycle of BSC, and

corresponding implementation and safeguard measures are put forward to help YKD
company solve the problems in performance management, and also provide new ideas
and theoretical basis for similar enterprises to build performance management system.
