企业管理哲学是企业管理发展到一定历史阶段的产物,是企业文化管理的重要组成 部分。20 世纪后半叶,随着谢尔登等西方学者的研究,以及日本企业的崛起,“管理哲 学”这一企业文化建设的重要课题得到越来越多的重视。阳明心学是我国传统儒学的重 要分支,是中国传统文化的精髓。这一学说高度重视对“人心”的管理,主张修身、齐 家、治国等实践活动都应从修心开始。这种对“人”的高度重视,在企业管理领域有一 定的借鉴价值。 从管理学发展来看,西方管理学理论对人的管理存在着明显的关注不足。改革开放 以来,我国经济飞速发展。但经济发展的同时,也暴露出了许多企业管理哲学应用不足、 照搬照抄西方管理模式、文化建设较为形式化、队伍管理不人性等管理问题,中国特色 的企业文化建设仍处于不系统、不成熟的状态,不利于我国企业的健康发展和经营。 面对这些问题,本文从三个方面着手,尝试将阳明心学借鉴到企业文化管理领域加 以研究和应用:一是运用企业文化管理、企业管理哲学基础理论,总结归纳阳明心学企 业管理哲学思想,找出其应用价值。二是分析阳明心学企业管理哲学思想在我国的应用 现状,构建阳明心学企业文化管理模型。三是对践行阳明心学的我国企业进行案例研究, 实例验证阳明心学在企业管理领域的应用价值。通过三个方面的研究,进一步发掘阳明 心学中蕴含的管理思想,丰富阳明心学在企业文化管理领域的研究。同时,模型的构建 可以对我国企业文化建设提供新的、有价值的借鉴。这对于传承我国传统文化,形成中 国特色的企业文化,增强我国企业核心竞争力,实现习近平总书记提出的“文化复兴” 具有积极的意义。 关键词:阳明心学,企业管理哲学,企业文化,管理模型山东建筑大学硕士学位论文 III ABSTRACT Enterprise management philosophy is the product of the development of enterprise management to a certain historical stage and an important part of enterprise culture management. In the second half of the 20th century, with the study of Sheldon and other western scholars, and the rise of Japanese enterprises, "management philosophy", an important topic in the construction of corporate culture, received more and more attention. Yangming xinxue is an important branch of Chinese traditional Confucianism and the essence of Chinese traditional culture. This theory attaches great importance to the management of "people's mind", and advocates that all practical activities such as cultivating one's morality, regulating one's family and governing the country should start from cultivating one's mind. This kind of high attention to "people" has very high reference value in the field of enterprise management. From the perspective of the development of management science, the western management theory has an obvious lack of attention to human management. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly. But economic development at the same time, also has exposed many enterprise management philosophy and copying western management mode, culture construction is more formal, team management is not human nature management issues, such as enterprise culture construction with Chinese characteristics is still in the system, not the mature state, is not conducive to the healthy development of China's enterprises and business. In the face of these problems, this paper tries to study and apply yangming mind theory to the field of enterprise culture management from three aspects: first, it uses the basic theory of enterprise culture management and enterprise management philosophy, summarizes the thoughts of yangming mind theory on enterprise management philosophy, and finds its application value. The second is to analyze the application status of yangming xinxue's enterprise management philosophy in our country, and to construct the enterprise culture management model of yangming xinxue. Third, the case study of Chinese enterprises practicing yangming xinxue is carried out to verify the application value of yangming xinxue in the field of enterprise management. Through three aspects of research, further explore the management thought contained in yangming mind, enrich the research of yangming mind in the field of enterprise culture management. At the same time, the construction of the model can provide a new and valuable reference for the construction of Chinese enterprise culture.
