I 摘要 近些年,经济全球化已经成为重要方向,在此背景下,公司相互竞争水平不 断增长,为了能取得更加迅速的发展,进而使得利益达到最大化,公司就需要对 职工发展给予高度重视。在公司人资管理领域,员工满意度无疑是极为重要的参 考标准,公司想要在当今的国际形势下获得更高效益,就需要对内部人才进行优 化配置,进而实现公司转型。和其余欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司进行对比,食品业的人才流失水平显著 较高,这使得不少公司开始将留下表现出色的职工留下当成一项重要的工作。 为此,在本次研究中,遴选 M 食品厂一线员工为研究对象,对其员工满意 度进行研究和分析,在对该公司人资管理现状及其问题基础之上,给出相应的策 略,使之基层员工满意度得到提升,并为同类公司人资管理提供一定的指导。为 了使得本次提出的方案更具有针对性和有效性,在研究中引入了同业的 N 公司 基层员工的满意度调查结果,并将其与 M 公司进行对比分析。在本次研究中, 首次对从业中的工资福利、作业环境、责任感、员工发展及培训、认同感、领导 满意度等维度进行了调研分析,认为这两个公司在认同感维度方面有着显著不 同,同时以该维度为对象,对其进行访谈调研,得出 M 公司在对此维度的重视 度方面较为欠缺,对基层职工的关怀显著不足,使得他们的满意度水平显著减小。 另外,结合调查结果显示,该公司基层员工在以上几个维度方面,其满意度都整 体较低,为了对该公司的员工满意度进行提升,其具体方案为:改善工资福利、 强化员工认同感、注重人文关怀、积极与职工进交流等。 关键词: M 食品厂;一线员工;工作满意度;薪资福利Abstract II Abstract In recent years, economic globalization has become an important direction. In this context, the competition between companies is becoming increasingly fierce. In order to obtain more development and maximize benefits, the company needs to pay great attention to the development of employees. In the field of human resource management, employee satisfaction is undoubtedly an important reference standard. If the company wants to obtain higher benefits under the responsible international situation, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of internal talents and realize the transformation of the company. Compared with other industries, the level of brain drain in food industry is significantly higher, which makes many companies begin to leave outstanding employees as an important work. Therefore, in this study, it takes the grass-roots practitioners of M food factory as the object, analyzes their satisfaction, and combined with the company's human resources management problems, to improve the satisfaction of grass-roots practitioners, and to provide corresponding solutions. It also provides some guidance for human resource management of similar companies. In order to make the proposed scheme more targeted and effective, this paper introduces the satisfaction survey results of grass-roots employees of N company in the same industry, and compares it with M company. In this study, for the first time, the dimensions of wages and benefits, working environment, sense of responsibility, employee development and training, sense of identity and leadership satisfaction are investigated and analyzed. It is found that the two companies have significant differences in the dimension of identity. At the same time, taking this dimension as the object, an interview survey is conducted to find out that M company is lack of attention to this dimension There is a significant lack of care for grass-roots workers, which makes their satisfaction level significantly reduced.
