近年来,随着我国经济的飞速发展和社会的不断进步,一些企业在国 家的大力扶持下得到了快速发展,带来了巨大的利润收入。同时,大量的 民间资本开始进入教育领域,成为社会办学的重要力量。随着国家对人才 的培养需求持续增大,民办教育作为我国教育事业中不可或缺的重要组成 部分,为社会培育了很多优秀的栋梁。而每一个民办教育集团的发展,都 离不开一支由行政管理人员作为主力军的工作团队。因此,对民办教育集 团行政人员的绩效考核进行研究,具有十分重要的现实意义。 本文对CJ教育集团行政人员的绩效考核工作进行了研究,介绍了CJ 教育集团当前的绩效考核方式与具体情况,发现其存在:考核流于形式、 考核结果透明度不高、绩效工资在薪酬中占比过小、考核方法单一等问题。 CJ教育集团行政人员的绩效考核之所以存在上述问题,原因很多,包括思 想方面、制度方面等等。基于问题和原因分析,本文提出了CJ教育集团绩 效考核体系优化的原则、目标以及具体的绩效考核优化方案,同时提出了 相应的保障措施,希望能对进一步提升CJ教育集团行政人员绩效考核的质 量和水平有所裨益。 关键词:行政人员;绩效考核;平衡计分卡;教育集团 II RESEARCHONTHEOPTIMIZATIONOFADMINISTRATIVESTRAFF PERFORMANCEEVALUATIONOFCJEDUCATIONGROUPEXECUTIVES ABSTRACT Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofChineseeconomyandsocialprogress, someenterpriseshavedevelopedrapidlywiththestrongsupportofthecountry,whichhas broughthugeprofits.Atthesametime,alargeamountofprivatecapitalbegantoenterthe educationindustry,anditbecomeasignificantforceofsocialeducation.Asthecountry's demandfortalenttrainingcontinuestoincrease,privateeducationasanindispensablepartof China'seducation,hascultivatedmanyoutstandingpeopleforthesociety.Andthe developmentofeveryprivateeducationgroupisinseparablefromaworkteamwith administrativepersonnelasthemainforce.Therefore,itisofgreatpracticalsignificanceto studytheperformanceevaluationofprivately-runhigh-efficiencymanagers. ThisarticleselectsCJEducationGroupasanexampletostudytheperformance evaluationofitsadministrativestaff.Itintroducesthecurrentperformanceassessment methodsandspecificcircumstancesofCJEducationGroupareintroduced,anditsexistence isfound:assessmentisamereformality,poortransparencyofperformanceappraisalresults, andtheperformancesalaryaccountsforasmallproportion,singleassessmentmethodsand otherissues.Therearemanyreasonsfortheaboveproblemsintheperformanceappraisalof CJEducationGroupexecutives,includingideologicalandinstitutionalaspects.Basedonthe analysisofproblemsandreasons,theprinciples,objectivesandspecificperformance evaluationoptimizationschemesoftheCJEducationGroup'sperformanceevaluationsystem optimizationareputforward.Atthesametime,correspondingsafeguardmeasuresare proposed.Itishopedthatitwillfurtherimprovethequalityoftheperformanceevaluationof theCJEducationGroup'sadministrativestaff.
