目前,幼教工作满意度对教育欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司产生了更加重要的作用,幼儿教师面临着 来自社会各界关注。教师的工作满意度决定了对工作的投入和结果,也就是因此 影响着对幼儿教师教育成果的体现,提高幼教工作满意度水平已经成为当前首要 任务。现有研究中在幼儿教师的工作满意度上的研究较少,因此文章研究幼儿教 师工作满意度,主要是为了了解幼儿教师的工作和家庭上不满意的情况,尽量给 予一定的帮助同时也是为幼儿园更好的进行管理从而促进幼儿教师发展提供理 论依据。 本研究通过搜集文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,采取以问卷调查为主,通过本次对T市18所幼 儿园的177名幼儿教师发放问卷,本次调查幼儿教师工作满意度面包括工作本 身、工作环境、进修升迁、工作报酬、园长五个维度进行调查和分析,获得的数 据及相关欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司,了解幼儿教师她们的工作满意度现状,为更加了解和认识幼儿教 师的工作情况提供理论依据,并有针对性地提出对策和建议。得出的结论如下: (1)目前T市18所幼儿园对工作的满意度基本处于一般和比较满意之间, 对工作满意度总体水平结果并没有达到比较满意。 (2)从人口统计学变量来看幼儿教师工作满意度的影响:不同婚姻状态的幼 儿教师在工作本身、工作环境、工作报酬满意度均达到显著性差异,已婚教师满 意度高于未婚教师在进修升迁、园长方面具有差异性,但未达到显著性差异;不 同编制状态的幼儿教师在园长满意度达到显著性差异,在工作本身、工作环境进 修升迁、工作报酬方面具有差异性,但未达到显著性差异。 (3)通过相关分析发现,保健因素(工作报酬、工作环境、园长)和激励 因素(工作本身、进修升迁)显著相关,最强相关性在工作环境和工作本身。 (4)回归分析发现,保健因素对激励因素有显著的正向预测作用。 本文就如何提升T市幼儿园教师工作满意度提出了相应的对策和建议。 关键词:幼儿教师个人背景工作满意度 II Abstract Atpresent,thejobsatisfactionofpreschooleducationhasplayedamore importantroleintheeducationindustry,andpreschoolteachersarefacingthe attentionfromallsectorsofsociety.Teachers'jobsatisfactiondeterminestheirwork inputandresults,whichiswhyitaffectstheembodimentofpreschoolteachers' educationachievements.Therefore,ithasbecometheprimarytasktoimprovethe levelofpreschoolteachers'jobsatisfaction.Existinginthestudyonpreschool teachers'jobsatisfactionstudyisless,sothearticleresearchthepreschoolteachers' jobsatisfaction,basicallybetounderstandonpreschoolteachers'workandfamilyare notsatisfied,trytogivesomehelpisalsobetterforkindergartenmanagementsoasto promotethedevelopmentofpreschoolteachers. Bycollectingliteraturedata,thisstudyadoptisgivenprioritytowiththe questionnairesurvey,bythe177childrenofTcity18kindergartenteacher questionnaire,thesurveysurfaceofpreschoolteachers'jobsatisfaction,includingthe workitself,workremuneration,workingenvironment,furtherpromotion,directorin thefivedimensionsoninvestigationandanalysisofdataandrelatedinformation, understandingtheirpreschoolteachersjobsatisfactionstatusquo,toamore understandingandprovidesthetheorybasisforearlychildhoodteacherswork,and advancessomecountermeasuresandSuggestions.Theconclusionsareasfollows: (1)atpresent,thejobsatisfactionof18kindergartensinTcityisbasically betweengeneralandrelativelysatisfactory,andtheoveralllevelofjobsatisfactionis notquitesatisfactory. (2)fromthedemographicvariablespreschoolteachers'jobsatisfaction:the influenceofdifferentmaritalstatusofpreschoolteachersintheworkitself,work environment,jobrewardsatisfactionachievedsignificantdifference,themarried teacherssatisfactionishigherthantheunmarriedteachers,kindergartenhasdifference infurtherpromotion,butdidnotreachsignificantdifference;Preschoolteacherswith differentstaffingstatushavesignificantdifferencesinprincipalsatisfaction,butnot significantdifferencesinworkitself,workingenvironment,promotionand III remuneration. (3)throughcorrelationanalysis,itisfoundthathealthcarefactors(work remuneration,workenvironment,principal)andincentivefactors(workitselfand promotion)aresignificantlycorrelated,andthestrongestcorrelationisbetweenwork environmentandworkitself. (4)regressionanalysisshowsthathealthcarefactorshaveasignificantpositive predictiveeffectonincentivefactors. ThispaperputsforwardcorrespondingcountermeasuresandSuggestionsonhow toimprovethejobsatisfactionofTcitykindergartenteachers.
