《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的颁布,使我们面临着新的一轮大 学体育课程改革,本文以普通高校体育课程贯彻实施《学生体质健康标准》,以“健康 第一”为指导思想,以终身体育为主线切入,回顾了我国建国以来普通高校体育课程 发展的历史演变,探讨了当前我国普通高校体育课程改革面临的形势,分析了目前吉 林省体育教学的现状以及存在的主要问题, 同时还借鉴了国内外高校体育改革的经 验,提出了吉林省普通高校体育课程改革的新思路和对策,即转变体育教育指导思想, 用健康体育和终身体育教育的思想观念指导课程改革; 调整体育课程结构,更新课程 内容,改变课堂教学模式,实施俱乐部式课内外一体化教学,通过俱乐部式一体化教 学来具体实施健康体育,最终达到终身体育的目的。本文为实现高校体育现代化,完 善适合我省高校实际情况的体育教学课内外一体化的实施提供了理论依据。 本文通过文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,从得出结果看出, 1、目前,以素质教育和“健康第一”为指导思想的体育教学目标体系的确立。 以 促进学生身心健康为主的高校体育课程目标,成为高校体育课程改革的发展趋势。 2、俱乐部制体育课内外一体化教学所产生的综合效应符合当前高校改革的方向, 是对《学生体质健康标准》精神的贯彻和具体实施方案,具有可行性。未来的高校体 育教学更趋于学生的创造性、自主性、能动性、灵活性的发挥,俱乐部制体育课内外 一体化模式将成为本世纪高校体育的重要组织形式。 3、俱乐部制体育课内外一体化以学生为主体,充分发挥了体育教学功能。学生在 教与学中增强了自我完善与合作意识,建立了良好的人际关系。这不仅有利于激发学 生对体育的兴趣,体验体育活动的乐趣,同时也为终身体育及素质教育奠定了基础。 4、俱乐部制体育课内外一体化利用资源优势,以教师专长组织课程内容的框架; 引进竞争机制,挂牌上课,激发教师个体的创造活力,使其一技之长得到充分的发挥, 保证教学质量;同时提高了体育的文化性和科学性。 5、俱乐部制体育课内外一体化教学改变了传统的以技术教学为主的旧课程体系, 将改革的目标、形式、内容和方法融为一体,逐渐实现了从“应试教育”向“素质教 育”的转轨。目前,吉林省普通高校的俱乐部式体育教学的发展还处于初级阶段,各 校的发展不平衡,师资力量和场地等条件的不足,造成俱乐部式教学在我省无法普及, 所以在我省开展俱乐部课内外一体化教学值得我们去深入研究。 关键词,普通高校;体育课内外一体化教学;可行性研究;俱乐部式教学 IAbstract National Universities Sports teaching guidelines for enacting result, we are faced with a new round of college sports curriculum reform, the paper of college sports courses to the implementation of the student's health, and Health First as a guide thinking, lifelong sports cut into the main line, since the founding of our country's college sports curriculum development in the historical evolution of the situation of China's reform of college sports courses of the situation, analysis of the current status of physical education in Jilin Province, as well as the main problems , but also at home and abroad from the experience of the reform of college sports, to the province in the reform of college sports courses new ideas and responses: they changed the guiding ideology of physical education, sports and healthy lifelong physical education ideas and concepts to guide curriculum reform, adjusting the Physical structure of courses, updating the course content, teaching mode change: the implementation of the integration inside and outside the club-class teaching through the Integrated Teaching Club of Health to specific sports, and eventually realize the lifelong sports purposes.
