警察体育课程是公安教育的重要组成部分,随着高校素质教育改革和社会对公安工 作的需求,警察体育课程改革是必然趋势。本研究运用文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司法、问卷调查法、数理 统计法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法,对现阶段公安院校警察体育课程和教师、学员对柔 术运动的认识做初步调查。研究结果如下, 公安院校学员对柔术学习兴趣较高,并且有良好身体素质和格斗技能基础;公安院 校教师年富力强、学历水平高、职称结构合理、格斗与柔术专业技能强;公安院校武术 场馆设施齐全;公安院校开设柔术课程具有明显的软、硬件以及尚武氛围优势,这些均 有利于柔术课程在公安院校中普及。 客观的对现阶段警察体育课程中的擒拿格斗课程教学内容与效果进行调查分析,发 现现阶段警察体育课程教学内容忽视徒手对抗与徒手控制教学内容,实战效果不好,没 达到公安部贴近实战的要求。柔术运动的特点在于充分利用杠杆原理,而非与对手抗力、 比力。柔术练习者会选择使用技术,让对手屈服或耗尽其体力,最终将其制服。柔术既 能有效的保护自身安全,又能够有效制服对方。柔术运动补充了擒拿格斗课程教学内容, 为公安警察体育课程改革提供了依据。 柔术课程的开设是素质教育和警察体育教学目标的要求。且在公安院校开设柔术课 程的制约因素小,能够通过努力消除制约因素。公安院校开设柔术课程是有必要并且可 行的。 关键词,警察体育;柔术;素质教育II Abstract Police physical education is an important part of public security education, along with the reform of quality education and thcial demand of public security work, the police physical education curriculum reform is inevitable trend. This study using the method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and expert interview, on the current stage of police physical education curriculum and teachers, students of jujitsu movement recognition to do a preliminary investigation. The results are as follows: Police college students' interest in learning higher of jujitsu, and have good physical fitness and fighting skills; be in the full vigour of life of teachers in public security colleges, high level of education, title-structured, fighting and jujitsu strong professional skills; police college martial arts venue facilities; public security colleges jujutsu course has obvious soft, hardware and martial atmosphere advantage, these are in favor of jujutsu course in public security colleges in popularity. The objective of the present police sports course in the wrestle teaching content and effect of investigation, discovered that the present stage of police sports teaching content to ignore unarmed antagonism and manual control of teaching content, the actual effect is not good, not reaching the Ministry of Public Security Ministry of press close to the actual combat requirements. Jujitsu movement characteristics is to make full use of the lever principle, rather than with the opponent, than the force resistance. Jujitsu practitioners may choose to use technology, let adversary or depletes its strength, its eventual uniforms. Jujitsu can effectively protect their safety, and can effectively uniform each other. Jujitsu movement added captures the wrestle curriculum teaching content, as the police PE curriculum reform provided a basis. Jujitsu courses is the quality of education and police sports teaching goal. And in the public security colleges jujitsu curriculum constraints, through efforts to eliminate the restrictive factors.
