研究目的,高职院校体育课教学政策性放宽,为高职院校的体育课教学提供了广 阔的空间。根据高职院校学生就业的需要及对瑜伽课程的喜欢,研究瑜伽课程引入高职 院校的可行性。 研究方法,本文为了研究唐山市高职院校开设瑜伽课程的可行性,运用文献欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司 法、调查法、实验法、数理统计法进行研究。对唐山工业职业技术学院、唐山职业技术 学院、河北能源职业技术学院、唐山科技职业技术学院、河北科技大学唐山分院五所院 校开设瑜伽课程的现状进行调查,并选定一套适合学生的瑜伽练习的组合,对学生进行 教学实验研究。 研究结果,瑜伽在唐山市高职院校开设是必要的、可行的。通过对唐山市5所高职 院校进行调查发现,从唐山高职院校的现状来看,开课条件也已经具备,具体表现在, 大多学校场馆设施状况良好;体育部领导非常支持开设瑜伽课程;瑜伽师资基本能够得 到保证,学生们对瑜伽课非常的期待,瑜伽课程在唐山市高职院校开设前景非常乐观。 通过一段时间的瑜伽练习,练习前后身体形态中腰围、腹腰皮褶厚度的数据对比 p<0.01有非常明显的变化,均较实验前变小了。体重、臀围、大、小腿围的数据对比p<0.05 也有明显的差异性,而身高、胸围的数据对比均是p>0.05没有显著的变化。呼吸机能中 肺活量和心率的实验前后的数据对比均是p<0.01,都有显著性的变化。而柔韧性等身体 素质中纵叉、坐位体前屈的实验前后的数据对比均是p<0.01都有一定的改善。但对于力 量、耐力、速度等方面的影响不是很大。心理健康方面的焦虑、恐惧、敌对、偏执等方 面的因子p>0.05影响不是很显著,在强迫症、人际关系和精神病三项因子p<0.05影响比 较显著,躯体化、抑郁方面p<0.01有明显的改善。 通过对唐山市高职院校开设瑜伽课程的分析,瑜伽课程的功能符合学校体育课程的 要求,教材的内容适合女生的锻炼要求。 结论,在唐山市高职院校开设瑜伽课程是可行的。唐山市高职院校开设瑜伽课程得 到领导的大力支持,在场地、器材、师资、学生对瑜伽课程非常的喜欢,选用的教材上 均能满足此课程的开设。瑜伽形体课程功能均能满足学校体育课程的要求。瑜珈练习对 学生的身体和心理的作用都有明显的作用。 关键词,唐山 高职院校 瑜伽 心理健康Abstract Vocational education policy to relax the PE, physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges provide a vast space. Should say, yoga in tangshan vocational colleges offer prospects very optimistic Through a period of yoga practice, practice the body shape in waistline, abdomen, waist leather fold the thickness of the data contrast p < 0.01 have obvious changes, which is prior to the smaller.
