近些年来,我国国民经济实现了跨越式发展,人民的收入较过去了有了显著增多。 大众愈来愈倾向于选择坐民航飞机出行,坐飞机旅游变得越来越大众化。民航事业的 快速发展,使得航空公司的飞机维修需求也大幅度地持续上升,一般而言,民航飞机 维修指的是对民用客货运飞行器械及其装备的诸多技术装备实施维修与保养等,确保 飞机的机械可靠性,提高飞机的可持续运营寿命,并确保飞机运行中的机械电子设备 安全,是民航飞机投入使用与可靠运行前提和必要条件。本文的研究对象 E 公司目前 在旗下的民用航空维修施工与运营中面临着诸多潜藏的安全风险,使得公司经营和发 展存在着诸多不利于公司持续稳定发展壮大的不确定性危险,加之国内公众与政府近 年来对安全问题愈加重视,些许不利消息在网络上轻易会被放大传播,公司必须对隐 藏的风险点进行排查,因此建立健全完善的安全管理体系对 E 公司未来的发展以及具 有重要意义。 本论文以“E 民航维修公司安全管理精益化研究”为题,对 E 公司现有的运营和 安全管理状态展开深层次地探讨,抓住公司决心改善安全管理体系这一背景,推进项 目进程,落实管理改革。E 公司特殊的工作环境和项目流程以及仓储要求与一般公司 企业有较大的差别,如果仅仅是生搬硬套其他公司安全管理办法必然会与现行的运营 与安全管理工作产生冲突,需要进一步寻找合适的安全管理理论来使之与实践相契 合。因而基于精益思想为 E 公司当前存在的安全管理问题找出优化解决方案,使得 E 公司改进安全理论体系的项目能真正发挥功效,为公司提升竞争力,目标力求提高安 全,减少浪费,增加效益。该论文课题应对新环境下市场与政策改变带来的机遇与挑 战,解决实际运营中因安全管理遇到的问题,辅助企业更好的全面发展,不断推出更 好的出行运输产品和服务的同时保障安全与高效,更好地推动国家民航运输产业的发 展。 关键词,安全管理;精益化研究;民航维修公司III Abstract In recent years, China’s national economy has achieved leap-forward development, and the people’s income has increased significantly compared with the past. The public is increasingly inclined to choose to travel by civil aviation, and the travel by airplane has become more and more popular. The rapid development of civil aviation, the airlines aircraft maintenance requirements are also rising dramatically, the civil aviation aircraft maintenance generally refers to the civilian for flight instruments and equipment of all kinds of technology and equipment maintenance and repair and maintenance, keep the mechanical reliability, improve the sustainable operating life of the aircraft, and ensure the safety of the aircraft operation of machinery and electronics equipment is the premise and the civil aviation aircraft in use and reliable operation. The research object of this paper E company is currently in its civil aviation maintenance construction and operation of facing many hidden security risks, the company there are many unfavorable to the company operation and development in a steady development of uncertainty risk, combined with the domestic public and the government for safety problem more and more attention in recent years, some bad news on the Internet easily spread will be amplified, companies must the hidden risk of illness, thus establish a perfect safety management system of E company's future development, and is of great significance. With the title of study on lean safety management of E aviation maintenance company, this paper deeply discusses the existing operation and safety management status of E company, grasping the background that the company is determined to improve the safety management system, promoting the project process and implementing the management reform. The special working environment, project process and storage requirements of E company are quite different from those of other companies. If we just copy the safety management methods of other companies, it will inevitably conflict with the current operation and safety management. Therefore, we need to further search for appropriate safety management theories to make them fit with practice. Therefore, based on lean thinking, an optimal solution is found for the existing safety management problems of company E, so that the project of improving the safety theory system of company E canIV really play a role, improve the competitiveness of the company, and strive to improve safety, reduce waste and increase benefits. The paper subject to market under the new environment and policy change brings opportunities and challenges, to solve practical problems because of the safety management in the operation, auxiliary enterprises better all-round development, continuously introduce better travel transport products and services at the same time ensure safety and efficiency, to better promote the development of the national aviation transportation industry.
