摘要
A公司叶片加工厂,成立于2000年,是A公司发动机制造主要的配套生产线之一,
是具有精密冷辊轧无余量加工、精密电解、真空钎焊、数控加工、电脉冲加工及测量等
先进技术的航发叶片专业厂。主要产品包括了涡轮、导向、压气机工作叶片、整流叶片、
支板等十余种机型200余件号。叶片加工厂作为叶片的机械加工制造专业化厂,为适应
集团发展的整体需要,依托先进的信息化平台,使生产管理精益简单化,向先进管理模
式转变,是工厂必须面对的全局性重大抉择。因此,本论文重点阐述了叶片加工厂将精
益生产与信息技术融合应用的推进过程。论文的主要内容包括:
(1)精益生产与制造执行系统理论概述;
(2)叶片加工厂信息化与精益化融合应用现状;
(3)重点阐述叶片加工厂信息化与精益化融合应用的对策与方法。

本论文的创新之处在于通过分析工厂精益生产管理与制造执行系统融合应用现状
及存在的问题,结合精益思想及信息技术相关理论,运用加强班组管理树立全员精益管
理理念;全面实施“6S”管理;改进生产过程,实施单台流准时化生产;优化制造执行
系统(MES),实现工厂精益生产管理等方法,将优化后的各项流程固化到信息系统中,
实现工厂精益生产管理的科学化、精细化,保证生产管理的稳定与高效,并通过资源的
有效利用,提高作业运行的效率,从而达到提升工厂信息化精益管理水平,提高工厂竞
争力;确立欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司内现场作业信息化精益生产管理领先和示范地位的预期效果。

Abstract
Applied Research of the Integration of Information Technology and
Lean A Based on A Company Leaf Processing Plant
Abstract
A Company Leaf Processing Plant was established in 2000,is one of the main supporting
production line of the A company's engine manufacturing, with precision cold rolling margin
processing,precision electrolysis, vacuum brazing, CNC machining, electrical pulse
processing and measurement of advanced of Air technology leaves professional factory. The
main products include more than 200 pieces of more than 10 models of the turbines,
orientation,compressor work blades, vanes, supported plate. Leaf processing plant as the
leaves machining manufacturing of specialized plants, to meet the overall needs of the
Group's development, relying on advanced information technology platform, production
management, lean simplicity, the transition to the advanced management mode is the factory
must face global important choice. Therefore, this paper focuses on the process of leaf
processing plant with lean production and information technology integration. The main
content of the paper include:
(1) Overview of the Lean production and manufacturing execution systems theory;
(2)the application status of information technology and Lean integration of Leaf
Processing Plant;
(3) focuses on measures and methods of the Leaf Processing Plant information
technology and lean Fusion Applications.
The innovation of this paper is the application status and problems of fusion through the
analysis of the factory lean production management and manufacturing execution systems,
combined with lean thinking and information technology theory, and use to strengthen the
team management to establish a foil lean management philosophy; full implementation of the
