随着改革开放的时代浪潮,医疗科技方面的进步,经济的飞速发展,老年人口数量 也逐渐增多,老年人对生活品质有着更高的需求,这就为大健康养老产业提供了良好的 土壤。由于我国各地区经济发展不平衡,人口红利逐渐消失,大健康养老服务业的发展 跟不上广大老年人对养老服务品质的需求。我国的大健康养老服务产业处于刚刚起步的 阶段,许多企业家们跃跃欲试,开拓出属于自己的一片疆土。 近 30 年来,战略管理学科是已经成为管理学中不可或缺的核心学科之一,而企业 战略规划是指导企业未来发展的指明灯。在健康养老服务的浪潮中,将企业战略管理与 企业未来的发展规划有机的结合在一起,使企业战略管理能够更好的为企业发展做出贡 献,是本文主要的研究方向。 本人研究的案例主体 D 公司成立于 2002 年,坐落于黑龙江省、人口数量约 200 万 的地级市,是一家致力于提高健康养老服务品质的有限责任公司。坚持创业多年,公司 凭借着高质量的产品和高水准的服务在当地形成良好的口碑。近几年,D公司由于经营 不善,导致企业的利润逐年降低。面对大健康养老产业风口,如何抓住稍纵即逝的机遇, 制定可以解决目前资金和运营困境的企业战略计划是 D公司的首要任务。 本文是以 D公司的战略发展作为研究对象,首先对研究背景和意义进行阐述,简单 介绍了公司战略管理国内外发展现状和大健康养老服务产业的研究现状。利用 PEST分 析工具对公司外部环境进行有效分析。对公司的内部情况进行详细介绍,指出目前存在 的问题。再通过 SWOT 分析方法对公司内部进行分析,指出 D 公司优势、劣势、机会 和挑战。最后根据上述提出的问题及原因,针对性得对其制定有效的发展战略策略,大 袋解决 D公司运营和经营等方面的困境,使得公司通过新战略的制定与实施,最大程度 上提高运营与经营能力。与此同时,也希望此论文为今后大健康养老服务业的发展提供 参考价值。 关键词,战略管理;战略计划;健康养老服务;D公司D 公司大健康养老服务产业发展战略研究 II Research on the Strategic Development of Old-age Service in D Company's Big Health Industry Abstract With the tide of reform and opening up, the progress of medical science and technology, the rapid development of economy, the number of the elderly population has gradually increased, and the elderly have a higher demand for the quality of life, which provides a good soil for the large healthy pension industry. Due to the unbalanced economic development in all regions of China, the demographic dividend has gradually disappeared, and the development of large healthy old-age service industry can not keep up with the demand of the elderly for the quality of old-age service. Our country's big healthy old-age service industry is just in its infancy. Many entrepreneurs are eager to try and open up their own territory. In the past 30 years, strategic management has become one of the indispensable core disciplines in management, and enterprise strategic planning is the guiding light for the future development of enterprises. In the wave of healthy old-age service, the main research direction of this paper is to organically combine enterprise strategic management with future development planning, so that enterprise strategic management can better contribute to the development of enterprises. The subject of my case study, D Company, was founded in 2002 and is located in a northern city with a population of about 2 million. It is a limited liability company dedicated to improving the quality of health care for the aged. Adhere to entrepreneurship for many years, the company relies on high-quality products and high-level services to form a good reputation in the local area. In recent years, D company's profit has been decreasing year by year because of its poor management. Faced with the big healthy old-age industry, how to seize the fleeting opportunities and formulate the enterprise strategic plan that can solve the current financial and operational difficulties is the primary task of D company. This paper takes the strategic development of D company as the research object. Firstly, it expounds the research background and significance, and briefly introduces the development status of strategic management at home and abroad and the research status of large healthy old-age service industry. Use PEST analysis tools to effectively analyze the company's external environment. The internal situation of the company is introduced in detail, and the existing problems are pointed out. Then the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the company interior, pointing out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of D company.
