摘要
沈阳 JMZZ 公司的主营业务是生产精密铸造产品。精密铸造业是制造业的基
础，是国家重要的基础性产业。经过多年的发展，我国的精密铸造业已经取得巨
大的进步，但和发达国家相比依然有明显的差距。要缩小差距，提高我国精密铸
造业的整体水平，企业就要有良好的顶层设计和发展战略。沈阳 JMZZ 公司是国
内精铸欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的典型代表，具有显著的欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司特征，本文研究对象是该公司的发展战
略，研究目的是为了解决阻碍该企业发展的各种问题，选择适合企业发展的战略
措施，使企业在市场竞争中获得比较优势和比较利益，促进企业可持续发展

本文从企业发展战略基本理论出发，对沈阳 JMZZ 公司目前的现状和存在的
问题进行了深入地梳理和分析，运用战略分析工具，对公司发展面临的优势和劣
势、机遇和挑战进行了深入的研究，依据分析结果，结合沈阳 JMZZ 公司愿景和
发展目标，确定了该企业的总体战略、竞争战略和职能战略，并制定了战略实施
的保障措施，以保证战略的实际执行效果

本论文的研究从实际的商业环境出发，在企业发展战略问题上作了积极的探索，
对提升沈阳 JMZZ 公司的核心竞争力与团队建设能力具有一定的指导意义，也为精铸
欧亿·体育（中国）有限公司的发展战略选择提供一些新的思路

ABSTRACT
Shenyang JMZZ company&39;s main business is the production of precision casting
products.Precision casting industry is the foundation of manufacturing industry, is the
national important basic industry. After years of development, precision casting
industry in China has made great progress, but compared with developed countries still
have obvious difference. To close the gap and improve the overall level of precision
casting industry, foundry enterprises must have a good top-level design and
development strategy. Shenyang JMZZ is a typical representative of precision casting
industry of China, with significant industry characteristics, this paper research on the
development strategy of the company, the research purpose is to solve various problems
hinder the development of the enterprise.
In this paper, starting from the basic theory of enterprise development strategy, of
shenyang JMZZ company current situation and existing problems of the thorough
carding and analysis, strategic analysis tools, to the development of the company facing
the strengths and weaknesses , determine the enterprise&39;s development strategy,
competition strategy and function strategy, and formulated the strategic implementation
safeguard measures, to ensure the actual execution effect of strategy.
Research of this paper embarks from the actual business environment, the
enterprise development strategy has made the positive exploration, the shenyang JMZZ
company&39;s core competitiveness and team building ability has certain guiding
significance, also for the precision casting industry development strategic choice to
provide some new ideas.
