在经济全球化发展趋势下,汽车零部件企业需要高效的经营能力、良好的成
本控制水平、灵活的顾客化生产响应,也需要有与之相对应的企业资源信息化管
理系统,并通过该系统能够提升企业的综合竞争实力。ERP 是企业资源的信息化
管理系统,它通过系统化的业务流程,为企业进行经营和决策,能提高企业的运
行效率和经济效益,能有效合理地将企业所拥有的人、财、物、时间、信息等进
行平衡和优化,并将信息技术和管理思想完美的融合在了一起。企业由原有的管
理系统和理念转变为在科技信息技术发展为导向的管理模式,ERP 充当了这个角
色转变的工具,经过多年的发展,虽然它的应用在我国已比较成熟,但整体运行
效果并不理想
因此针对以上情况,本文选择“ERP 在汽车零部件企业的实施研究-以 OV 公
司为例”作为研究课题,通过实例研究,旨在预防实施失败的风险,探讨成功的路
径与方法,使其发挥更大作用,为企业带来更大的效益。同时,对于其他实施或
未实施 ERP 系统的企业来说,也可以为他们提供一个借鉴作用,因而具有一定的
实际意义

Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century, the automobile industry in China has
developed rapidly. Automobile parts industry, as the foundation of auto industry, also
gets a rapid growth. The execution of several policies in recent years effectively
promotes its product, technology, management, service, etc. However, international
competition, environmental protection, energy policy requirements, even customer
demand for personalized and diversified changes make the domestic manufacturers
improve the management level, technology, and quality as soon as possible. Only
follow the national development direction and auto industrial policy, in line with
market changes and customer demand, constantly improve the internal management
level and technical capability can enterprise build its core competitiveness, which is
necessary for the survival and development of each enterprise.
Under the trend of economic globalization, auto parts enterprises need strong
management ability, good cost control, and flexible customized production response,
all these need Enterprise Resource Planning System. Through this system the global
competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced. ERP is an information management
system of enterprise resources. It can provide decision-making and management for the
enterprise through systematic business process, improve efficiency and economic
benefits, also, effectively optimize much information (person, money, material, time,
information, etc.) owned by enterprises. All these put technology and management
ideas together perfectly. Enterprises have changed from previous management
concept into science information technology oriented model. ERP plays as a tool in
this kind of role- change. After years of development, although its application in our
country has been relatively mature, the global operation effect is still not satisfactory.
From the above analysis, this paper mainly uses case study to talk about OV’s
ERP implementation. The research aims to prevent risk of failure and discuss the
way to success so that more benefits will be brought to the enterprise. Meanwhile, it
provides a reference and a practical significance for the other enterprises which does
not use ERP.
