摘 要
随着中国加入 WTO 后,我国大中型制造企业不仅要面临着国内同欧亿·体育(中国)有限公司
的竞争,更要接受国外知名企业前所未有的挑战。摆在企业面前只有两条路
可供选择:要么迎接挑战,创新发展,要么被快速发展的市场经济环境淘汰。

因此,企业只有不断满足快速变化的市场需求和不断缩短产品的开发周期,
才能创新发展,提高企业核心竞争力。ERP 信息管理系统,对于提升企业核
心竞争力和快速应变能力的巨大作用已被企业广泛接受。现代企业的竞争正
逐步演变为企业信息化管理应用的竞争。企业信息化管理平台应用的好坏,
将会直接影响到企业在不断变化的市场竞争中的位置。企业建立并应用好
ERP 信息管理系统,已成为其刻不容缓的核心需求。如何成功实施 ERP 系统
已成为企业面临的首要问题。

本文主要通过查找相关文献,采用理论与实际相结合的分析方法,对哈
尔滨东安汽车动力股份有限公司实施 ERP 系统过程进行研究。第一部分,主
要对本论文研究的相关背景和意义,以及 ERP 系统国内外的现状和发展进行
介绍,并详细论述 ERP 系统发展阶段和作用,以及 ERP 实施的相关方法论
和规划;第二部分,主要对公司的内、外部环境进行分析,提出应用 ERP 系
统的必要性和可行性;第三部分,利用理论与实践相结合的方法,具体阐述
了实施 ERP 系统的规划,重点对实施 ERP 系统的关键要素和实施步骤进行
分析。第四部分,重点对企业业务流程和组织机构重组方案及实施 ERP 系统
具体过程等方面进行分析研究。最后,对本文的研究结论进行总结,并分析
了实施过程中的不足之处。

本文的撰写意在通过将本人在实践工作中积累的经验与所学的理论知
识,为其它企业实施 ERP 系统的相关人员提供借鉴,也可弥补 ERP 系统相
关应用领域研究性文章不多的实际情况。

Abstract
With China's entry into WTO, the large and medium-sized manufacturing
enterprises should not only face domestic industry competition, but also worry
about the unprecedented challenges of overseas well-known enterprises. The
enterprises would only have choices: either to meet challenge and innovate, or be
eliminated by the market economy of the rapid development. Therefore, the
enterprises only by constantly meeting the rapidly changing market demand and
continuously shortening the product development cycles, to innovation and
development, improve the core competitive capacity of the enterprises. ERP or
the other information management systems upgrading the core competitive force
of the enterprise and the great effect of rapid strain capacity have been widely
accepted by the enterprises. The enterprises' competition is evolved for
enterprises' information management competition. The enterprises information
management' application is good or bad, and it will directly affect the enterprise
in a constantly changing market competition. Therefore, the setting up and
useing ERP system of the enterprises has become the urgent demand of the
enterprise core;how to succeed the implementation of the ERP system has
become the top issue to the enterprise.
This article mainly through the method of searching the relevant literature
and the combination analysis way of the theory and practice, the writer study the
process of implementing ERP system on the Harbin Dongan Auto Engine Co.,
Ltd. The first part of this paper, it mainly introduces relevant background、
significance and the present situation and the development of the ERP system at
home and abroad, as well as discusses the development stage and the role of ERP
system in the enterprise,and the implementation methodology and plan of the
ERP;The second part, it mainly analyses the internal and external conditions of
the specific company, and put forward the necessity and feasibility of the
application of the ERP system;The third part, using the method of combining
theory with practice, it explains the planning and processes of implementing the
ERP system, discusses importantly the key elements and analyses the steps of
implementing the ERP system;The fourth part, it mainly introduces the plan of
